Great Addition!

Enjoy the Functionality of Our New Coffee Maker! Having a plumbed coffee maker in the office is incredibly convenient—no more refilling water reservoirs. The only downside is that it can be a bit challenging to fit larger thermos cups under the dispenser, but overall, it’s a fantastic addition to our space!

Leaks like a pig!!

The docking station leaks- there are no “O” ring seals just plastic on plastic and water keeps coming out. Customer service said they are sending a new one out. Well that’s been over a week now and nothing. I’m not happy!! $400 is a bit much for a coffee maker but I liked the design. If I don’t receive the replacement in the next day or so I’m going to request a refund.

Best Machine For Coffee Lovers!

I am a 'power drinker', and the commercial grade Keurig K2500 is the best machine I've found to keep up to me! I use filtered water to care for it, and it has several settings and is very easy to use and set up! I use the 110oz. reservoir and it's awesome! You won't go wrong with this!

Perfect Solution

Was looking for the next step up in home brewing. We got tired of having to add water to our Keurig, so this was the best solution for a water supplied unit. I like it because it is simple and was about the size of our old unit. Working well so far and we are loving not to have to add water to a reservoir.

Keurig..everybody wins! Coffee/hot chocolate/tea

Direct plumbing is the way to go. Machine is sleek and easy to use. We installed ourselves. Have heard nothing but positive reviews from the guys in the office. Always a plus when they don't come to you and ask for help because the coffee machine isn't working!!! :)

Fantastic

I am really enjoying my Keurig K – 2500 Commercial coffee maker. I bought this for my kitchen coffee bar. I have a Phillips 4500 and I have a Keurig K-155 I just switched with The K 2500. I enjoyed setting up the K2 500 I plugged everything so that both coffee machines now have freshwater whenever they need it without having to go to the sink on the 2500 the optional water filter, and I placed in before the coffee pot. The water filtration system, which consist of three different filters goes into the fourth filter, which is the coffee pot filter in the back of the Keurig. I set it up so that this filtered water will be shared by both units. The clean of the water the less cleaning going to have to do to your units use my coffee in the Keurig and I use the perfect pod to fill it. I found my own blend beats all the different companies that are selling products. I’m very happy I do like my coffee hot so after my coffee is made, I put it in the microwave for another 20 seconds , if you do have the space in your home and you’re thinking about plumbing your coffee pot, this is the unit to buy there are other commercial units but this is the right size and it performs very very well. This is definitely a five star unit and I do recommend it. Do you want to save money the kitchen barista and Canada is the place to shop. I know I’ll be enjoying this unit for a long time.

I hate it

You have to turn it on and then it takes 3 minutes to warm-up. My old one would stay warm at all times so I didn't have to wait. I didnt spend this kind of money on a coffee maker to wait around. Not impressed with this purchase and the lack of customizability (I can program in a dollar store coffee maker, why doesnt this have that functionality?!?!)

Disappointed

We have been unable to use the machine. When I contacted customer service before purchasing the plumbed 2500 model, it was explained the filter was not necessary. However, without purchasing the filter the machine is unable to be connected directly to a water line. Now I have to buy the reservoir separately.

Not As Described

The K2500 Single Serve Commerical Coffee Maker was purchased for our office as the description of the machine stated that it is completely ready to attach to your water line. We have several staff members who will be using this machine and a reservoir would not be helpful.

Commercial direct plum

Awesome commercial unit. I hope it lasts longer then my last commercial Keurig. I like the auto fill from my RO system. The machine is on the expensive side and doesn’t have smart technology like some newer units. Home Coffee Solutions prices are the best I’ve found so I did save some money on this machine even though it was expensive. The machine did come with an adapter for the small water supply tubbing.

Pleasantly surprised, great coffee!

I love coffee, but usually drink with single cup pour over or french press. Some co-workers suggested get a Keurig. I looked into various models and picked this one for our studio. Ive had it for a couple weeks and everyone loves it, I do too. It's a very well built device, works like a commercial grade machine, great coffee of many kinds available, and most importantly it's fast and easy. I am pleasantly surprised with the machine and quality, I drink this coffee almost daily now. I prefer the strong coffee setting, 4oz It's a nice perk for the staff at our place and really has something for everyone (coffee tea, hot coco etc) - definitely worth a shot (or two)

Day 2 nothing but errors

upgraded to this commercial model after having 2 duo plus models that had constant issues. Hoping that a commercial model would work better. Nope, terrible. 1st day worked amazing thought this was going to be great. Day 2, 4th cup, plugged, cup full of grounds. Rinse, flush, repeat, plugged, error, overpressure, rinse flush, repeat. Now about every 5th pod I get one to work, what a waste of money 5 pods to get one to work, both Keurig brand and other brands. $500+ on a commercial machine to work less than 2 days. Call customer service, for them to tell me they will get back to me, and no one does. Guess after 3 of the supposed top of the line Keurig machines that give nothing but grounds in a cup, I should just go back to a $20 drip machine that never fails.

Bye bye reservoir

We installed the K2500 in our home coffee bar with reverse osmosis. I love the direct plumbing feature of this unit and never have to fill a reservoir! Once the RO line was installed, the connection was extremely easy. Unfortunately you need to buy a specific fitting to attach the unit to your water line that is not included in the box. We were disappointed that the fitting was not included from Keurig, so we had to wait a few more days until our next Amazon delivery. Overall, I love that I don’t need to fill a reservoir for this Keurig, there is a “strong” button (regularly used by my husband), and the profile of the brewer is sleek. The top doesn’t fully fit under the cabinet in the open position, so it is pulled slightly forward. The brewer also doesn’t fit several of my travel coffee mugs- it is best suited for shorter cups. Despite the cup height issue, I’m happy with the purchase. Shipping from Home coffee solutions was quick and painless, I would order from them again.

My new favorite!!

I had a little trouble with getting it due to delivery time frame but it’s finally here and I’m absolutely obsessed! Anyone who knows me knows I am a full on Keurig junkie!!! This is my fourth machine I have added to my collection of Keurig appliances and everyone in my office is absolutely in love.... The company I work for we’re known for having great coffee and we drink multiple cups of coffee a day. With this machine in our office it allows us to make single personal servings in a minute instead of waiting almost 6 to 8 minutes for batches in bulk and wasting it once it’s no longer fresh. I would definitely recommend this machine to any and everyone. Whether you spend your day in the office or a stay at home parent on the go. The simplicity and convenience of this machine makes grabbing a cup of coffee and going on with your day so hassle free.

Great coffee maker

I received this coffee maker to review, this is my honest opinion. The set up on this machine was extremely easy I had step-by-step directions to follow that made perfect sense. I set this machine up at work for everybody to use in the break room and they absolutely love it. The only issue that we’ve had with it was after the 3rd cup of coffee brewed we got an error message. I don’t know if that was due to user error or what. One of my absolute favorite features about this coffee maker is the touchscreen it makes it super easy to figure out in use. I definitely recommend giving this machine a try if you’re looking for multiple people to use it and you want to make multiple cups. Having a larger Reservoir makes it super easy for everybody to get a cup of coffee before having to refill it again.

No passcode, very slow, no readable display.

Unfortunately I'm pretty sure I'll be returning my K-2500. As noted by others if you want to change the default settings you need a passcode. The passcode doesn't exist in any documentation or in the online Keurig support.... you have to call. Good luck, I've never been able to get through. I've sent multiple emails, no answer. I was hoping I might be able to change the auto-off feature to speed up brew times. This machine apparently needs to heat water (for about 3 min) before every cup of coffee. Maybe there's a "manager" setting to change that but I wouldn't know. The display is at a 90 degree angle to the counter top... so if you like crouching down to brew coffee you'll probably be able to read the display - assuming there's no sunlight in the area. #disappointed Stick with the K-150, it's superior in almost every way.

Bought this device for a customer's coffee service. Seems very good quality, and has modern appearance/design which is appealing to customers.
