Worked Well For A While

This dehumidifier worked well for about 9 months. We've been trying to get a warranty replacement for it for the past few months and they just keep saying the replacement is on back order and the ETA has been repeatedly pushed out another month every time we inquire about it. After this experience, I don't think I would consider this brand again.

It worked but I was never able to "set" the humidity level. It did not function. I returned the unit.

We live In Louisiana the humidity is crazy this summer. Looking to give my A/C unit a helping hand so far this has worked great. Very quite running humidifier.. June 2023.

Reduced household humidity 10-15%

I liked that this shipped quickly. However, it constantly gets the P2 error and will not run for more than a few hours at a time, which makes it totally useless when it's supposed to be constantly dehumidifying a basement.

Definitely order another one.

This one is way quieter than my old one. It does what is is supposed to. Would Definitely order another one. And would recommend to others. I think the price I paid and how well it works all is good.

Won’t honor there own warranty even with a receipt

Won’t honor there own warranty even with a receipt. Said it was my problem. They have a one year warranty that covers everything, then a five year warranty for the condenser and a few other things. The condenser went out after 2 years with minimal use. I have my receipt and they still said to bad. What is wrong with companies these days.

So far so good, no complaints.

It got here quickly. It was easy to hook up. It has been running for weeks now with no issues in a guest house that has had mold issues for a dozen years or more. It replaced an identical unit to it that had been running non stop for 9-10 years. It sits on top of the refrig. with a short garden hose connected (no adaptors needed) to its drain connector on the back and the hose drips into the sink. I just turn it on and it does its compressor cycling with out any intervention keeping the downstairs humidity low and any mold issues clear.

Just got this big guy and it filled up immediately and made the whole main level of our house feel so much better. I am really impressed with it and will update after continuous usage but so far this is working great!!!

[Rewarded Review] Sleek & Powerful

This dehumidifier is well built. You can feel how solid it is as you’re handling it. It feels like it could take a beating and still get the job done. But it also has a sleek design and profile. If you must have this sitting out in the corner of a room, it’s not going to stick out like a sore thumb like most dehumidifiers would.

I’ve read reviews and everyone is saying the same things. This dehumidifier is sleek quiet and does its job. Basement tends to get cold and damp and this does the trick. Would recommend.
