Effective at removing humidity and very quiet

works great quiet running but smaller than I expected needed something bigger

I like the unit but I hooked up the hose and it is still draining into the bucket.

Have it set in my basement laundry room. Works nicely in that damp area.

i expected a lot from it, but it's not lowering the humidity that much. humidity is 72, by the end of the day, it's still 70-71.

Good but small

Little smaller than was expected and the holding area was not as big but I use the hose to automatically empty the water.

Hated it

Important piece of unit did not have instructions on how to install. Took 3 days to get a response. Finally work, but then unit would not run for more than 20 minutes. Never turning back on. Hate it. Do not recommend.

Not getting the job done

This is just not cutting it in our basement. We live in an old house and it really runs constantly. I always confuse a dehumidifier with drain hose vs a dehumidifier with a pump and hose. If you have a big space, do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for a better dehumidifier with a pump and hose. I can dump this thing 3 times a day and it is still not even remotely keeping up with the humidity. The "drain hose" does nothing. Maybe it will work for a small space but not my basement.

The Airplus 2002 does the job!

I bought this as a temporary substitute for a pumping-type dehumidifier that would eventually be installed in my root cellar. During the time I had this Airplus running, it performed beautifully, filling up a large bucket with about a gallon of water in 24 hours. I learned that for my situation it worked best on the drying mode.

Nice price and unit is very quiet, but I am having a hard time keeping the drain line working.

It’s small for the price. I have to empty it 2x daily atleast for it to do its job. Tank is barely a gallon. For another 20 I could’ve gotten a bigger one. I didn’t open it for 6 months so I am not able to return it. If I had an option I would return this.

Love the product. Works great. The only negative is that it was shipped without the drainhose. I have contacted seller and they said they will send replacement... but it's still not arrived.
