It was NOT delivered. Fedx shows a delivery, but we received only a partial delivery.

I really like this mattress pad. It had a few little black marks on it but I don t mind because it is always covered by a sheet. Also, this mattress pad seems to keep me cooler than my last one.

can 't rate something is you can not get it out of the factory bag there is no tab for the zippered bag, teeth on zipper like welded shut .the cover is so close in the bag was afraid to try and cut it open .The packaging looks ok from Groupon but not from factory China really pack it very tight guess they just did not want you to use it so you can't even inspect the pad to see if it ok

Came to the house quickly, order was correct. Held up after washing and looks/feels great on my King size mattress!
