Kingston Brass will not honor warranty

Installed these drains in two sinks. After 5 months the rubber gasket on the pop up that retains the water in the sink disintegrated. Called Kingston Brass and they said they do not cover accessories even though the warranty coverage clearly states covered under one year limited warranty. It even says accessories covered in their company warranty description. Just beware before you purchase.

Polished Nickel

I purchased polished nickel and it looks good with delta polished nickel.

Low profile

Perfect for the low profile drain body needed. Was the only thing I could find to work.

Unsure of design

I love Kingston brass. However. These drains do not seal. You will need to replace the rubber gasket with plumbers putty to make it work.

Part plastic

I have KB bathroom faucets and was glad to find matching, low-profile drains that were presumably also(!) made of solid brass. But when they arrived and we installed them we found that the inside (don't know the technical term) is plastic - something conveniently not mentioned on the product page. This might not be so bad in itself but the white plastic is visible when the drains are open, which is of course most of the time, and this makes them look cheap and all but defeats the purpose of matching drains. You'd think KB could charge a few more dollars and make these all-metal/brass. In addition they don't entirely plug the drain in the "down" position as we've tested them and found that the water leaks out slowly from the basins. They'll do the job for now but I'm going to keep looking and try to find drains that meet all of our specs. This was our second attempt so maybe the third time will be the charm!

Great product

We got this to use in a vessel sink. It fit wonderfully, is an excellent quality and works perfectly. You won't go wrong with this.
