Great plush rug

Rug is thick and more comfortable than your typical jute rug. The rug I purchased was 10 x 14 and the one I recieved was 9’10” x 13’. That difference in size is not ok and I think some sort of compensation should be issued for such discrepancies. Nonetheless it’s a nice looking rug.

Poorly Made, Arrived Dirty, Shedding Dirt Everywhere

Just received this rug and it immediately started shedding dirt, leaves, etc. This rug seems like it’s been used previously as an outdoor rug and was sent to me. I’m incredibly disappointed in the quality. It’s super uncomfortable to stand or sit on. Not to mention it sheds on anything and everything… and it’s not just the rug material shedding, it’s also dirt, leaves, and whatever other random objects I’ve found in it.

The dustiest rug on earth!

So dusty! We bought this rug about 2 weeks ago. It’s fillled with dust. We pick it up and move it and have to vacuum then mop under it. It’s not shedding - it’s dusty. We have to open our doors the dust is so intense. Will be asking for a refund for sure! Such a poorly made product and dangerous with the level of dust and likely chemicals!

Perfect for our casa in the desert

Perfect runner for area leading to back door at our home in the desert. Was dealing with desert sand being tracked into the house but this rug traps and camouflages it beautifully. Just need to shake it out and vacuum/sweep under it once in a while. It is doing exactly what I had hoped it would do! And it’s beautiful. The weaving is durable yet not scratchy.

I bought the 2’6” x 8’ natural colored runner about a month ago. I love it! It’s in the kitchen, so fairly heavily trafficked area (no kids or pets, but I cook 3 meals a day so it gets a lot of use). It looks fantastic and I love the way it feels under my feet.

Rug has alot of soil in it

It looks a more stiffer in actual than in photo/video. The threadings are thicker. It still looks nice but not something comfortable/soft to sit or lay down on. Also, there is alot of soil in it, i know what?! When it arrived, first thing i did was lay it down but i immediately smelled soil, i kept saying it smelled like damp soil/dirt & figured it needed time to air out. After couple days the smell was still there so i febreezed and the smell still stayed so i figured that must be the smell of the threading until we had to move the rug and i notcied underneath it was actually soil/dirt! It was all over the floor so i vacuumed it and it helped the smell alot. I will also put it outside to rinse it too. So that was really inconvenient.

This rug WILL scratch your floors!

Loved these rugs online, reviews were great, shipping was quick and the price point was spot on! When they arrived, we opened one.....on our hardwood floors.....and loved it......and also noticed there were all kinds of different "natural" particles (wood chips, candy wrappers, etc... in the weave)......ok, whatever! It wasn't until after we slide the rug back into the plastic packaging that we noticed all of the surface scratches across our shiny hardwood floor......ughhhh....seriously?!?!? We had intentions of using a rug pad for the final placement spot, but would never have imagined we'd have scratched floors just by unpackaging one rug and then packing back up. So, RugsUSA take care of us and sent us two FedEx shipping labels and those two rugs went right back! Ok, so about the rug feel and quality......it wasn't the most pleasant rug to walk on. It's rough and NOT soft like some people described.....I don't know what kind of rug they were talking about on the reviews! It's a beautiful rug to look at online or hanging on a rug rack at a furniture store.....and that's it!
