It looks great (handle is small), spray options are good, touchless function works great... but the sprayer hose doesn't retract after you pull it out, have to fight with it to get it back up into the faucet. Annoying glitch to otherwise solid product.

Decent Faucet

I was given this faucet as a replacement for one the became serviceable that I purchased from Costco. It was easy to install and the electronics are first rate. My only complaint is the finish. It water spots terribly compared to the Costco version and it feels cheaper, the casting is not nearly as heavy duty. I really love the response for the no-touch system so I hope it lasts a very long time. Not worth the $500+ retail price. Look for it on sale...

Finish does not resist fingerprints or water marks well at all.

I have had this faucet for less than a week. Water and fingerprints leave marks that don’t remove easily after wiping down with a microfiber cloth. I chatted with Kohler and they recommended a 1:1 vinegar/water mixture on a microfiber cloth. This worked pretty good, but not perfectly. It is supposed to have a spot resistant finish. Also it is difficult to get the pullout faucet head to retract back into its normal position after use. I would give the touchless option five stars. It really works great. The style is also beautiful. I don’t think I would recommend this to a friend due to it’s expense and the issues mentioned above

Pretty nice faucet.

Fairly easy installation. Had to reset it a couple of times to get it to stop automatically turning on and off on it's own. But once it was reset has been working perfectly ever since. Only complaint would be that the hose is a little stiff compared to other retractables we've had. Doesn't pull out or retract smoothly.

Kitchen faucet

Faucet works great. The handle is very small. Not sure why rated as ADA. should be bigger. Love the automatic touchless operation. Has a light that stays on to let you know the touchless feature is activated. Nozzle retracts and returns easily.

Good product

The faucet works fine with me and I enjoy using it now everyday. The touches sensor works great. It takes quiet effort to install the faucet. Initially, right after installation. There is no water when I turn it on, even the LED is off but the power is connected. I finally find out that the tightness of the two screws which is used to hold the faucet to the countertop can make the faucet not working. After adjust the tightness of them the faucet is working perfectly now. Not sure why?

LOVE IT!!! So glad I ordered this. The hands free is so convenient. Only quirk is when I drain hot pasta water, I run cool water for my pipes, and the steam confuses it and shuts off water. It detects the steam as if it was a hand waving the device on and off. Has an amazing power shot button that helps clean off food from dirty plates. Almost like a restaurant faucet that shoots food off plates. Love it and beautiful.

Love this faucet- I've upgraded to a touchless and am obsessed. I will never go back to a non-touchless! Keeps my hands and kitchen clean, and also love the pull down functionality with sweep spray. Recommend!

Beautiful design and function. Remember you need an outlet under cabinet to plug it in.

This faucet has no battery backup if power goes outno water. It goes on and off ON ITS OWN. When you drain pasta, the STEAM turns the water on drowning your pasta UNLESS YOU REMEMBER TO MOVE THE STRAINER AWAY FROM THE FAUCET. GREAT CONCEPT, LOUSY EXECUTION.

Packaging was good and delivered on time. Faucet is great to use. Love it so far.
