Tub was received in good and new condition

It was the only one that fit our mobile home bathroom looks great in the alcove still working on installing it would recommend

Third time not the charm!

I’ve had to order three of these tubs because they’ve all arrived damaged… the enamel was chipped along the edges where it would be highly visible after installation, and the enamel had run and dripped all down the front. If you love manufacturing defects and poor quality control, this tub is your jam! If not, look for a better option elsewhere!

Delivery was great but the first tub I got was the wrong size and the 3 other tubs after that we're all damaged! It was a nightmare.The contractor ran out of time and we had to end up with a shower only because of the delay reordering all the tubs with all the time wasted. It was the most frustrating experience ever!

Damaged product

Ordered two of these because the first one came in destroyed, so we had to push the job back and wait for the new order to come in. Now we have to push the job back again because the second one is damaged also! If the product is so prone to damage during shipping, maybe it should be packaged better. Overall it was a nightmare and I’ll never order this product or anything online from Home Depot again, terrible experience

Had to order 3 tubs before I recieved one that wasn't damaged. Installed the tub and during the remodel it chipped very easily. I don't know if the tub will last a long time or not. But it was a nice bright white tub. And it worked well for my double wide home.

The bathtub needs better on the bottom. Is too soft

I don’t know about the tub. But the service from Home Depot was terrible!

Had to order 3 tubs because of bad damage on the first two. Created a problem because it delayed the remodel. Lack of effort from retailer to correct this issue in a timely manner. Manufacturer or retailer issue with material handling, no one took responsibility. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I am a contractor and am working on a client's guest bathroom. I needed a 54" wide alcove tub. I ordered this tub and it took 2 weeks for delivery. I picked up the tub and the packaging was a mess. I opened up the package to find one of the outside corners was severely damaged. I asked for a replacement immediately. 2 weeks later I picked up the replacement. DAMAGED IN EXACTLY THE SAME PLACE but not as badly as the first. Must be defective packaging. Never order a Bootz tub from Home Depot.

This tub worked great for our remodel. Only wish I would have purchased it earlier from HD because they had it for less than what I paid through WF. As the saying goes....you snooze, you lose! However, because of WF I was able to get the tub I needed and delivery was perfect.

This is advertised as a soaking tub but is only 9” deep. Not happy at all
