I absolutely love this faucet now that it’s installed. Unfortunately, the install process was difficult. Even though the hole in my counter was drilled to the minimum specification required for this faucet, it was as if the hole was too small. I had to use the faucet base even though I did not want to, because otherwise I would not have been able to install this piece.

Short run time and leaks

I love the look of this faucet. I bought it mainly for the touch feature and design. As many others have mentioned, it does come with flaws. We have only had this faucet installed and in use for about 6 weeks. The most frustrating thing is that it constantly turns itself very quickly, so if you have dishes, pots, pans that require hand washing, get ready to have to constantly be turning the faucet back on. I wish there was a way to adjust the length of time it runs before turning off. I tried using the faucet in mechanical mode and it does not operate. No water will come on in mechanical mode. I tried just removing the batteries to turn it into a regular faucet, but it will not function. Additionally, it has started leaking from the sprayer button. Just constantly dripping while in use. I wish I had never purchased this faucet. My entire family hates it.

I really love this faucet! The water flows easily and smoothly…. (the one I had before this one turned on very forcefully, wetting your entire shirt!). The water hose feature makes it great for getting to those hard to reach places andor crevices! Also has a spray feature.

Nice style and feel, but one problem

I liked the style and feel of this faucet. I had one problem with it leaking from the 'head'. The manufacturer sent me a replacement head which didn't leak, but it wasn't the same size and it functioned differently. I no longer own the property, so don't know how it's held up over time.

Drip, drip, drip

I love this faucet. It looks great and operates well. After 18 months, the spray head began to drip and drip, and drip. I finally contacted Kraus and they replaced the spray head at no cost but I had to pay $15 shipping. Very easily installed, we were happy to have a new one. It immediately dripped from the first day used. Kraus is sending another spray head. If it happens again, I don't know what to do. I really like the faucet and I don't want to purchase another one.

I've been looking at this faucet for a long time. Finally got sick enough of the old faucet I just bit the bullet and bought it. Why did I wait so long? What a wonderful faucet. I can reach all the corners of my new sink, the sprayer is awesome right at my fingertips not another fixture to engage. You will love this faucet do not wait to buy it like I did. My only regret is I did not buy it sooner.

I have installed many faucets but this one was the easiest install EVER. It comes with standard US faucet connectors built in, so no extra purchase is necessary. This install literally took no time at all. The faucet itself is a beautiful matte finish, which so far does not show obvious water stains. Unexpected bonus is the auto shift from the power water setting to the normal every time you turn off the water. No more surprise splashes for the next person turning it on! Very smooth pull down function, as well. 10 out of 10 for me, I am even thinking of switching out another faucet for this same style!

This faucet is absolutely stunning! The "brushed" finish is elegant and provides a really high-end look with at a decent price. The idea of a restaurant style faucet with a luxury look was exactly what I was looking for... Which is why it broke my heart to have to return it.

Great but check install site compatible with dock

Product itself has a clean, modern look, and has really great functionally - sprayer is easy to maneuver, all the way down to the base of the sink and all the way up to pitchers on the countertop. Sprayer button works great, don't have to hold down spray mode (toggles). Strain relief ball joint on the sprayer hose to keep it from breaking. Handle feels nice, unit is very sturdy, spot free finish is actually spot free, all good things. Lifetime warranty. Love it. Way better than fixed pull out faucet. Very happy with the product overall. One star docked for install - the dock they use to secure the faucet has little feet that "pinch" the countertop from the bottom. In my case, the previous homeowner had a wooden support under the countertop, which had a large hole in it that the feet were too small to contact. I had to reuse a washer from the previous faucet install to get a sturdy install - would be best if they included a suitable large washer or something with the faucet to support the feet and reduce the chance of cracking the countertop from the feet.

We love this faucet! We had a professional install it as part of a renovation so I cant speak to installation ease. But it works perfectly. The sprayer head has a very strong spray (not so strong that everything near it gets wet, but strong enough to clean dishes thoroughly. And the reach is very impressive. Perfect for our single-basin sink. My husbands favorite feature is that when you turn the faucet off it automatically turns the sprayer off and goes back to normal flow. That way youre not surprised by a strong spray the next time you turn the faucet on.

I purchased this May 2019 and had it installed the same month during my kitchen remodel. Pros within my price point, the size and style fit the look of my kitchen, pull-out spray head with two functions (stream spray)

We did a lot of research before selecting this faucet - compared similar manufacturers/styles and read a lot of reviews. The best feature of this faucet is the ability to install from the topside of the counter. Took me 2+ hours to remove the old faucet and 30 minutes to install the new - installation was a breeze. I swapped the as-shipped flow limiter with the included full flow washer, water pressure is excellent. Could have left the limiter in place, still would have had good pressure. The counterweight puts enough back tension on the nozzle to reliably hold the head in place - no drooping.

Only one year of life

This was a fine-looking faucet and worked for about a year. We barely ever used the sprayer, but little by little the head starting to make a loud vibrating noise. It startled us for a while thinking something was seriously wrong with the plumbing. Come to find out the switch was worn out and the faucet would be half-way between stream and spray (who knows how this happened, we only used the sprayer a few times). We had to put a rubber band on the switch to keep the thing quiet. A couple months later, we started losing water pressure. I took the head off and the pressure is fine without it. I tried to clean the filter, but nothing wrong there. If I press the switch back and forth and hold it down, I can regain pressure for a minute then it goes back.
