I was disappointed we had to go from a 10 gallon to a 6 gallon but it fits nicely in the small space and is light and easy to install. It heats up our water quickly with less amps then our previous water heater.

Price was fantastic and when I received the WH I discovered it was a nice aluminum finish which somehow I wasn't expecting. Looks too nice to be hidden away in the bilge. Unit was a direct plug and play replacement and after wiring it up it was heating water in no time. Instructions included and are in both English and French. Customer Service at Wholesale Marine when I ordered it were friendly and helpful. Only been in one weekend but so far very satisfied. Thank you Wholesale Marine.

This water heater only has a one year warranty for a reason. It doesn't last much longer. Recommend trying another brand.

Have had the heater for two months now. Installation was very straightforward since this was a replacement for a previous unit. When the engine is running, water gets extremely hot, you can really burn yourself if you're not careful. However very clear warning was given about this aspect in the instructions. On 115V 30A shore power, water temperature is only 105 degrees, even though the specs say the thermostat is set at 140 degrees, and this is not adjustable. I may have a faulty thermostat, but its not a problem big enough to pursue. In spite of this performance lapse, I still like the heater very much overall and it was quite a bargain compared to its competitors.
