Leaking
Heats water well but I have to keep the water off when not suing it because its leaking. Have to keep a container under it from water leaking onto floor.
Perfect for my small cottage. Saves space and easy install.
No extra fittings, hardware or houses to complete install. Straight forward install exceeds expectations.
[Rewarded Review] Not satisfied
The product takes a while to warm to but it works well enough. It arrived two days after the delivery date. Lowes stores did not match the Lowes online price.

[Rewarded Review] 1 appliance use not for whole house application
Tankless water heater was purchased for our kitchen sink. Hooked up directly to the faucet, instant hot water. Love this product and will purchase again for a shower.
Works well with 50 amp breaker and 6/2 wire . It’s exactly what I needed for full bathroom in garage . Hook up was easier than expected. Thanks
Looks great but haven’t put it in yet.
So far so good
This was purchased for a food trailer. So far it is all hooked up and good but it has not been long enough where I can speak of durability and how long it will last me. Seems well made so I hope it does well with time.

Fast to heat
Easy to install water heater that I did myself at home. Worked great here in southern climate

instructions failed to tell you the amount of wattage needed to run the heater. So I had to buy a smaller unit

It did not work out of the box. Now I have to get my plumber to uninstall it to return it.
The website says that this water heater needs a 50A circuit breaker. However, the unit that I received requires a 60A circuit breaker. This makes it incompatible with an RV.
Living in a small cottage with only a shower, the size of this unit allowed me to eliminate the large conventional water heater and [with the additional space] install a full-size bathtub. It performs as expected, and I couldn’t be happier.
Do your homework!
My 50 gallon tank hot water heater finally died after being installed for my best guess 22 years. existing HWH had #10 AWG wire running on a 240V 50A double pole breaker. My existing water is low at 1.1 GPM (gallons per minute). I ripped out old HWH and installed the new ENVO WH-AZ011-M2 in 2 hours time. This unit is rated for 240VAC 11K watts and minimum .53 GPM. It worked great for 10 minutes then my breaker tripped, I replaced the DP50A with a DP60A which is in the specs and safe with #10 wire. No problems at all. since I am running on well water and most electric tankless heaters call for water to be above 65 degrees F this unit said above or below 65. I'm in the mountains of NC and I was told most do not work in this area, I will leave this at 5 stars hopefully I won't have to change it when it gets cold out.
[Rewarded Review] This is a nice, sleek water heater
This is a great point of use water heater. The design is sleek, it is thin, and it fits under a sink perfectly. Plumbing it is a snap, hook up the hot and cold and that's all. It does require a 240v electrical hookup, and 11000 watts to run.
[Rewarded Review] Environment Friendly
I don't like wasting electricity by keeping the water hot, especially at the rates these days. With the tankless water heater it heats the water on demand and keeps heating it the water faucet is closed. This unit is a 11 kW unit and only put out a max of 2.5 to 3 gallons a minute so you can't run a shower and another faucet at the same time. You would need a larger kW unit like an 18 kW for that. A misconception that most people have is that it gives hot water immediately. Unfortunately for them it doesn't. Once water is turned on at the faucet the heater is activated and starts heating the water, and then the water has to travel to the faucet. BUT once it reaches the faucet, you never run out of hot water as the unit keeps heating until the faucet is closed. Still saves electricity since it is not having to keep a 50 gallon tank hot for hours before you need it.
[Rewarded Review] We are really hopeful this will save us money month after month
We decided to try hot water on demand because we have a house built in the mid 50s that only has electric (no natural gas). Our monthly electrical bill is high due to the hot water heater alone! This Anzzi unit calls for 220 volt so we called a plumber who asked if we have access to 220V. Yes, we do! We are going to install this into the main bathroom so we do not have to run a mile, mow the grass, and clean the house before we have hot water in the shower! The plumber cannot come until next week but we have our fingers crossed this will be an ideal fit for our shower. AND, if this works as well as it says it does, the next installation will be in the kitchen under the sink. More to come!
[Rewarded Review] Compact enegy saver .
Its hard to believe this small appliance can heat water so quickly and has easy mounting holes already built into it . Its not very heavy so it is easy to mount and easy water connections . The electrical connection is a pigtail that is already connected internally . You just have to mount an electrical box for your connection once you run the wire . Its perfect for one bathroom or your kitchen .
