You don’t want to work with these people.

Less than a year it stopped working. Called they insisted I had an electrical problem and said I had to get an electrician. Had him on the phone with them to report there was no problem on electrical side. They said because I could not find purchase order I would have to pay for parts but would ship out. Found my purchase order and called back. Then they said my part was on back order and would not be available for a month and half.

It Heats Water

Not impressed with the tankless transition. Had a small tank in our one bed one bath. The water was very hot and decided to replace the tank after the hot water didn't last as long anymore. Now we have luke warm water with the tankless unit set to 120°. Not impressed!

Highly satisfied with this water heater. Works as advertised, pretty easy installation, followed all instructions and had it piped and wired in, and producing beautiful hot water in a couple hours. Two months use now and everything works perfect. Saved about $50 dollars so far on the electric bill, (see what our next bill shows), so figure at this rate of saved electric over our old tank heater, the payback is about 6 months. Win - Win! Wife likes it so much she suggests we mount another unit in our bathroom when we do our rebuild.

This is the 5th unit I have purchased to slowly replace other units (different brand) in my buildings and I am very happy with the quality, warranty and ease of the install. The units also perform (same rating) far better than the other brand

Good water heater , it has a max temp of 125 degrees with good recovery. I had to close a my ball valve to reduce the flow to maintain max temperature. If I was to buy again I would buy the next size up due to my ground water temp for temp rise.

[Rewarded Review] Helps Conserve Water

I am having the ANZZI ENVO Atami 18 kW 3.5 GPM Tankless Electric Water Heater professionally installed so my review is based on what is expected. I will have this placed in the bathroom cabinet next to the shower. I like the idea of hot water on demand, which will help save water by not having to let it run until it is the right temperature. I will no longer be running out of hot water as the ANZZI Envo heats water as you use it. I anticipate using less electricity since the water will heat as we use it not like the old style that heats a 50 gallon tank every time it drops below the set degree of heat.

[Rewarded Review] Good Performance and High Quality construction

As a residential and commercial property manager, I feel like the tankless water heater king, having installed over a dozen point of use electric units over the last 7-8 years. Most installed have been small 6 Kw models to serve a single remote sink, and they get that job done for the most part. Tankless heaters with oomph are 11 Kw and higher, which typically require a new/additional circuit. This Envo series is clearly in that class, providing a cast metal heater chamber rather than the plastic in smaller heaters. Connection nipples are copper in lieu of plastic, and the electrical connections are well located within the housing, providing money-saving convenience with the (2) 8 awg supply wire spec for this 18Kw model.
