Stop working at 90 day I call customer support and they were no help they wanted me to buy part to fix it

I use the unit just for 1 bath and 1 faucet and I can say never is used together it's a top 120 and it's not near as hot as my previous Titan or tank I used to have I notice the fitting are half pipe threads instead of 3/4 like hater heater should be. I can't recommend it.

The overall cost of using one of these instant heaters is actually lower than a normal water heater, but there are some caveats. The biggest one is that your house needs to be wired for it. The 14KW model requires a 70A breaker and 4 AWG wire. After consulting several electricians, it turned out that the cost to upgrade my house would be prohibitive, and I was not able to install this heater. Make sure you check your electrical system first.

The Anzzi Envo Arima 3GPM 14.6 kW tankless water heater is a nice little tankless water heater when you need hot water fast in places like your bathroom or kitchen. It is small and compact to fit in small spaces. It doesn't hold water so your water is not sitting in the tank. It was easy to install and helps gives us hot water in our bathroom while other water is being used by our water tank.

This unit is a pretty compact size but claims to be able to handle enough hot water for two simultaneous showers. It has an integrated temperature sensor and an over temperature protection at 149 degrees. Also has micro computer control. Features temperature settings from 86 degrees to 125 degrees. Made for vertical installation. Offers instant heating. Only challenge I’m facing is a reasonable quote to install. Hope to provide an update on actual performance after installed.
