Handle keeps coming loose

I am experiencing an issue with the inside handle. It keeps coming loose from the plate. I've looked for the actual product installation to see if I've done something wrong, but no videos related to installation are just the microbial aspect or testing. I am definitely disappointed because it may no longer be returnable.

Absolutely love my new door handle set. My previous doorknob was a cheap, builder’s grade round knob that broke after 2 years of normal use. This set is so much more sturdy and is so much more aesthetically pleasing. Very satisfied. I’ve had it installed for about a month now.

Easily install and many codes for more users.

This product had easy to use directions for installation. Plus the Lowe's employee was very helpful.

I was a little surprised at the thin metal cover over the frame rather than a cast unit. I ended up returning it because the top section was somewhat bigger than what I was replacing and interfered with the unusually close deadbolt my door has.

Latch out of spec & handle could not be flipped

Latch was too large for my door, both to original latch and the knob I ended up using in place of this one fit perfect but this latch was too fat in comparison. Also didn't use the industry standard square shaft style so I couldn't just keep the old latch. Kwikset had to use some weird crescent moon shaped latch.

Simple, sturdy and smooth

From start to finish the instruction were spot on, all the pieces were labeled making installation a breeze. NO extra hands needed! End result was a clean new handle for our entry door. swapping out the old locking handle mechanism with the San Clemente made walking through the front door fun again.

Beautiful update to our front door

This was an impromptu purchase we made while at Home Depot picking up items for our bathroom remodel and we could not be happier. The door handle is beautiful! We ended up also purchasing the Kwikset SmartCode deadbolt. Both were easy for my husband to install, however, the strike plate is larger than standard size so we opted to keep our existing one so we didn't have to notch out more of the door jam to accommodate a larger plate.

This is the 2nd one of this handle I've purchased for 2 different houses. It's so much more substantial than typical builder-grade handles. It makes the door feel more substantial as a result. It's very easy to install and just make sure you have the right sized bit to create the hole in the door for the bolt to go through at the bottom. It's very flexible about where you put the hold but is bolts through the door and doesn't just screw into the bottom with a small screw (that stripped in one door due to a realtor box which is why we bought the first handle replacement) The 2nd purchase was because we realized our rental house now had a better handle than our own home.

I loved this door handle, but unfortunately it doesn’t fit...

I loved this door handle, but unfortunately it doesn’t fit a standard front door. The hole would need to be much higher up on our door, it looked funky being so low on the door, so we had to rerun it.

Like a Brand New Door

Good looking piece. Like the lever on the inside. Really easy to install and unique method to adjust to just about any previously drilled door. Way better than the original we had since we bought the house.

Make sure your wifi signal is stable and strong

Wonderful product. The family loves it. My wife often can't find her keys and this solves that problem is not being able to lock the door. I don't have to give a key to my keys if they need to come stay at home for awhile. Just registering their fingerprint takes care of that. This should be standard on all doors.

Beautiful door handle that’s easily installed.

It’s a beautiful door handle with a more contemporary look. Installation was fairly simple and had plenty of leeway when it came to drill hole placement. I would definitely recommend this handle to anyone trying to update their door hardware.

This is a very beautiful, modern handleset BUT it does not fit the same hole as the older Kwikset handleset that was in place. I thought by using the same brand that it would be compatible :( I would only recommend this when installing a new door.
