Received promptly in great shape. A credit for a return took a bit of follow up, but was processed. A customer service rep explained challenges they were facing during Covid which is understandable.

I looked at hundreds of chandeliers before settling on this one. I liked the style. However after we hung it up I realized that one of the candelabras was crooked. It is welded this way so there is nothing I can do to fix. We contacted and they were kind enough to send us a replacement free of charge - so nice! BUT the replacement also is welded CROOKED! This time I checked thoroughly before hanging. SOOOOOO bummed because I also have the matching pendant lights already hanging in the kitchen and now I have nothing to match them to...need to find a new light. For over $500 I shouldn't have a crooked light hanging in my DR. Disappointing. Must be a manufacturer defect. It looks subtle until you get it hanging and then with the shade on it is so obvious. Cannot possibly recommend.

Elegant design. However the shades and frosted glass can dim the light a lot, not a bad thing but if you want brighter lighting you may find it a little disappointed

Amazing 5 light Chandelier

This Chandelier was beautiful but easy to install. I have installed light fixtures for myself before. This one have me no surprises and was very simple and easy to install. Once it was up, perfect lighting and looked great!! My ceiling is a little low, but we jus centered our kitchen table around it and it's perfect!

Modern, Sleek, and Elegant Light Chandelier

The fixture is very beautiful and provides a great amount of lighting. We use the chandelier above the dining room table but it is versatile enough that it can be used in a entryway, living room, family room, or dining room etc. The arms of the chandelier that each hold a bulb are easy to adjust and change but I wish they would swing out and stop in their correct position. I can never make anything straight so making sure the chandelier arms were evenly spaced was driving me insane! However, the overall installation was relatively easy, we were able to complete it in about two days because we had to order bulbs and my husband had to use a tool in order to attach the fixture to its hanging chain (details below).

Gorgeous Chandelier!

I couldn't be happier with this chandalier. It's amazing that changing a light fixture with give a room an entirely different look. This beautiful chandelier was installed in my dining room and everyone that has came over has noticed it. It was pretty easy to install and didn't take near as long as I expected. It gave my room an updated look and the mission bronze is a beautiful color that adds ambience to any room. My dining room is so much cozier now just because of a light fixture change. I really like this line and hope to add more pieces to my home soon. I highly recommend it.

Good Quality

Wow so much more light then my old one. I thought it was easy to install and give the area so much more character. I am thrilled with this and think it is well built. Super easy to change out bulbs if you ever need as well

Beautiful...looks expensive!

I purchased this for my new home build project. Will be installed over my dining room table and I anticipate it to be a show stopper - especially when dimmed in the late evening. The light will shimmer off of the mesh screen shades with a soft glow.

Great chandelier for a traditional dining room

We have been looking for a chandelier to replace the original one in the dining room of our 100 year old home. We have lots of wood accents and this chandelier works great. Looks great on its own and does not take away from the other visual features of the room.

Beautiful

We bought this about a month and a half ago. It has been sitting in the garage until last night because we have had our kitchen and dinning room redone. The chandelier is more beautiful than the picture. I am more than pleased with it.

Beautiful

We hung this beautiful fixture today in our Living Room. The room has 11' ceilings, but otherwise an average size room. The size is perfect. The workmanship is top quality. The unique look is why I chose this one. I love the contrast of the dark bronze with the beautiful glass and shades. We are looking forward to enjoying it for many years and expect to receive many compliments.

great light

This light looks great in our newly remodeled dining room. It was packaged nicely, although I wish it came with lightbulb suggestions as I had to research online to figure out which bulbs to buy to fit this light. I suggest you buy the bulbs online as suggested from this website.
