Terrible experience!!

It was shipped in 3 boxes. I received 1 of them too late. We started putting it together and it was missing over half of the main frame. We didn't even check the rest of it because of the missing frame.

Do not buy. It will break.

I bought this kennel and used it for one month before we had a rain storm. All it took was one rain shower to break this thing. I contacted Target and the company and they both told me unless I could send it back, which was impossible as it was broken and massive, they could do absolutely nothing. Target told me to contact the third party seller and the third party seller told me to contact Target. It’s unbelievable. Do not buy this absolute garbage.

I had high hopes for this product. It was a good value and I was very excited to build it and save a lot of money versus a fencing company. I wanted to make sure I was ready, so I downloaded the manual .pdf file which had a QR code to scan and watch a video. Everything looked good to me. When the product arrived, FedEx had thrown it around like it was nothing to worry about, and the boxes had heavy damage. Luckily the box with the frame had not been damaged beyond use. I immediately noticed upon unpacking that this was a new version of the product, and the quality had been reduced, despite the old product still being advertised on the site. I began to assemble and was decently happy with the frame. When I got to the gate, I noticed that they no longer supplied the easy hooks for the chain link attachment. They now include super cheap, straight steel ties that are so sharp they can slice through skin. No way was I putting my dog in a kennel with these. I called Aosom and the lady offered a 20% refund because of this issue. I went to my local Lowe's and purchased normal fence ties, which are made of a softer, more bendable aluminum, and are quite a bit less dangerous than the ones provided with this. The lady on the phone said to call back if I had any more issues, because I had a 1 year warranty on the product. I finished the gate and figured I would install the fencing and the canopy the next day. The next morning, I attempted to unroll the fencing, which is so tightly rolled together, that it's extremely easy to tangle. The ends (top and bottom) began to catch and stretch as I tried to unroll and only got worse as I went further, rendering the chain link roll useless. I called Aosom and stated what happened. This time, the guy was very rude, borderline insulting towards me as a consumer. I told him what happened to which he replied "we already refunded you for any parts that will ever be needed for this item and can not help you anymore". I stated that I should still have my 1 year warranty and he said that it was standard to just tell the customer that, not expecting them to call back again. I then asked for a manager, to which he was not able to get, and stated that it would be the following week before they could email, not call me. I stated that I could get a lawyer, to which he then replied, "now that you have asked for a manager, I can not help you anymore, it's out of my hands". He finally agreed to send the part.

Came very quickly. Not enough gate for the door. Lock on door was broke. Not very stable at all. Top dont fit right. Very unhappy with this item. I would tell people not to waste there money. Thank you Alice

bought 2 and combined them as one because larger ones were sold out. received quickly and items were as described with good instructions. prices were very competitive.

The material they use are cheap.the kennel s overpriced. Hard to assemble.the fencing is the cheapest they could find an not enough material to go around

Good size run, especially for wire is lightweight gauge, and a little difficult to unroll and attach to the pen. The top support poles that hold up the tarp are too lightweight to support it in any kind of storm. It should work with concreting a center support pole or post and attaching it with the included support poles that come with it. If this is done, you will have a more secure run at a good price.

Very fast shipping 👍👍 but meager installation instructions 😒😒 but I would buy again now that I know how to set one up. Wire kept tangling tho but it’s worth purchasing

It came in 3 boxes, it definitely takes 2 people and it took us about 6 hours in total to put together. Once we put it together, we were very impressed with it! We put a lot of KTies at the bottom because our dog is sneaky, but it’s held up very well. Very spacious, attached a picture of my husband twisting on the KTies in it, and her XL dog house with still so much space. We love it!

went up easy , but we were short by little over 3' in chain link.

After reading the reviews I wasn’t to sure about this product!

I like that it’s sturdy and very spacious. Very easy assembly and detailed instructions. I’m only disappointment was that where I live is very windy so I thought with the roof ends being open that the wind wouldn’t move it but unfortunately it did. Not the kennels fault I’ll just have to stake it down.

Wondering where the directions are ? And it requires much and heavy assembly. It is not yet assembled . Waiting for customer service reply on instructions for assembly .

I was looking for a large covered dog run, and your site popped up. I am very happy you had what I was looking for, as I had been looking for several days. I purchased a rather large covered dog run, 181x181x91.25. I was looking at the 12x12, when I saw the larger one, which I purchased without hesitation. It was supposed to be delivered on 2/18 but arrived 2 days earlier, a win win, as I was waiting for it. The dog run came in 3 heavy boxes, ( I had advised the FedEx driver the day ahead) which arrived in very good condition.

Assembly Required

It was what I expected, It was easier to assemble than I would have liked. It takes at least 2 people but 4 was really what it took to finish putting it together. This product requires assembling and unrolling the fence and attaching it to the frame.

This is a HORRIBLE product. the fencing is very cheap, as we rolled it out it fell to pieces. the directions sucked and the metal ties given were also cheap I had to go buy parts to complete the fence. when I bought this it said for large dog but the very small gait barely fits my 30 pound puppy, she will grow out of it I am sure so WHAT A MISLEADING WASTE OF MONEY WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND
