Met almost all my expectations. The canopy did not. Didn't hold up to the first heavy wind. Pulled out all the grommets on one side.

Not worth the hassle

First and foremost, the boxes came absolutely destroyed. That was the first indication that there would be issues.

The tarp is a joke.

The pen is a nice size. The instructions were not very clear. The fence was a bit short and we had to work very hard to stretch it. The gate latch is annoying and takes two hands to open. The worst feature is the tarp that is incredibly cheap. The grommets pulled out in a light breeze. This item is overpriced for its poor quality.

The chain link fence provided for the outside was too short for the kennel so I had to add a section for it to be fully enclosed. The fencing provided for the gate was also like one link short so we had to over stretch it for it to fit properly.

No tension bars or clamps for fencing.

Ordered this last week, arrived today. Started building and realized we had no "clamps" or "round bars" needed to tighten and secure the fencing to the door and throughout structure. Contacted customer support and they said material is "out of stock". We got sent an incomplete kit KNOWING IT WAS INCOMPLETE WITH THE REQUIRED PARTS ON BACKORDER 6 TO 9 MONTHS OUT. Complete scam.

looks great online- is very low quality in reality

Dont buy this. The fencing comes a jumbled tangled mess of a roll and doesn’t fit right. The chain link is very thin. No stakes inluded to hold down and the fasteners are useless. If you buy after resding this warning buy plenty of baleing wire and at leat 17 12 inch u stakes before you start assembling and have lots of patience and time

Very flimsy. Fencing was to short even after we stretched it. We had to add another piece of fencing to it. The supplied fencing kept tangling.

Poorly made “chainlink”. Kit was 2 feet short of fencing material. Tarp covering very thin. Eyelets in tarp ripped out 1st day with gentle breeze. Contacted PawHut manufacturer directly. They stated all materials out of stock

No support at roof ends, rain collects in cover

There is no support at the ends of the roof, so the cover sagged, collected rain and split open. Some poles were beginning to rust after only a few weeks. On one of the upright poles was unuseable because poles were drilled incorrectly. Pawhut (Aosom.com) does not provide spare parts, so jerry-rigginng this kennel to be even marginally functional has been a nightmare. And in a couple of years it will just be a pile of rusted junk that has be hauled away.

what to know before you buy!

This frame is east to build. The instructions are not as clear as I expected. I am mechanicaly inclined so i was able to figure it out . The biggest flaw is the chain link fence. It was flimsy and too short. I had to invest another $150, on a 50ft chain link fence and toe downs. Over all, i am satisfied with the size and the frame. Just disappointed i hade yo go out of my way to make it work. For the price the frame is expensive! Thats all your getting .

The product is well made easy to assemble took me about 4 hours alone the only real complaint I have is the way they rolled the mesh fence. The reason I didn’t like that is because that took me a additional 2 hours to untangle because of the endings of the fence getting wrapped all together besides the rolling of the fence, the product was good

Unclear instructions. The frame was put together easily but putting the fencing around the frame was mostly what we thought it should have been, the instructions did not say. We ultimately took it apart not knowing if our ideas of how it should be was correct or not. Just a can of worms and a waste of time.

Killer kennel

Flimsy pieces. Does not contain all necessary pieces required so prepare to have to spend more, cover holds water and then breaks beams at the top. One came down and sliced my new baby

Very Cheap Made!

I purchased 2 of these kennels and they are junk! The wire is so thin and breaks easily. Our dogs got out within days of it being put together. It also doesn’t come with some material that you would definitely need. (Example: Bars to be able to secure the wire tightly) We paid an additional $100 to get some and still ended up having to buy chicken wire to put all around the kennel. All of this JUST to be able to keep the dogs inside! Don’t waste your money or time on these.

Terrible product. I spent time putting this kennel together, fencing was tangled I had to buy more fence to replace it. The first time it rained the tarp ripped and also caused the pole on the top to bend and break. Home Depot offered me to return the product but would only discount les than half the cost. I took the discount thinking I could make it work but I ended up with a pile of junk. Very frustrating. Also the product is out of stock so no replacement parts were offered. I’m upset with Home Depot not considering my time and extra cost. I’m Unsatisfied with the product and Home Depot.

Cheap materials and missing the tension bars and clips that are integral to the construction. Had to go buy the missing pieces. Called Aosom company several times to get the parts and all we got was more fencing that wasn't needed.

Fence was really shoddy

First I was disappointed it didn’t come in panels. Frame wasn’t to hard to put together, although the directions were inadequate. The fencing material was tangled, holes to patch throughout the entire piece. Use zip ties are you kidding me! Piece of fence for the gate didn’t even cover the entire gate, to short. Extremely dissatisfied !

DO NOT PURCHASE

Was destroyed in less than a day. Instructions ended before product was built. Came with zip ties for the fence (that should speak for itself). And now I'm having to come out of pocket more money because this thing was a waste of time and money. DO NOT BUY!!!

The chain link fence they send is pointless. My dog bit through it in 10 minutes. The tarp is very very flemsy, it wont last through the first storm. The frame is okay. Definitely infest in your own chain link instead of wasting your time with yours.
