No complaints! Swings out of the way, which is great. The "shower" setting has a lot of pressure.

Bought this faucet in 2019 and the black finish is coming off the handle and sprayer.

Absolutely love this tap. We have had it in our kitchen for at least 5 years and it still looks brand new.

This faucet has completely fallen apart after 4 months of use. I am so disappointed. I am not even finished paying for it yet, and I will need to buy another faucet immediately.

Great Faucet, Great Quality.

Love everything Vigo makes. Got this for our new home build. Had it in our last home and it's great. The price is much lower than other brands and the quality is superior. If you're looking for a great faucet, this one won't disappoint you.

Nice faucet. Works pretty well. Tough to get a good middle ground for temperature, but that may be a plumbing issue. Small chip on the finish after having it for about 4 months with light use.

Flawed Design & Dismissive Customer Service

Unit failed with just 13 months of light, household use. The spray head connection is very poorly secured. This unit does not have a counter weighted extension hose. The hose can only be pulled within the limits of the arch spring. This puts all the stress on the flimsy connection at the spray head. Home Depot wouldn’t stand behind the product and VIGO customer service denied any responsibility and refused replacing the unit with one of better quality. They only offered replacement parts.

Great faucet

Great faucet! Very heavy duty with limited plastic like many other big box faucets. I only gave it 4 stars due to the limited movement of removable faucet head. Would recommend still with that limitation.

Already owned this one in stainless steel at one of my homes, so we got one in matte black for a renovation at the lake house. Perfectly compliments the other matte black items in the kitchen. Long enough hose to pull over to the coffee maker nearby to fill without using the carafe. Definitely recommended if you want matte black accents.

Beautiful but…

I bought this faucet a couple years ago because of its sleek design. While I still think the faucet is stunning, mine began to leak constantly from beneath the handle shortly after having it installed. I didn’t want to go through the trouble of having it ripped out and reinstalled at the time because I knew it had a warranty. Now that I’ve pulled out all the paperwork I’ve realized that the warranty is only good for one year, requiring repurchase to correct the issue. Partially my fault for delaying having the issue corrected, but for the price I believe the faucet should have a longer warranty.
