24" long double LED light fixture
Lights were easy to install and the brightness was great. Installed two sets inside of a four-inch deep kitchen ceiling light box and even with a diffuser installed the lights were bright. The light temperature stays well within tolerance (not hot to the touch),
Perfect LED replacement
I like that this is a solid 8 foot long LED light. It does have two 4' covers to access the wiring. They were the snap in plug type which is really easy to install. The light itself is very bright. I have three of these so far to light up our three car garage.
Bright and energy efficient but not the high quality construction I expected
The good: Bright lighting, nice color temperature for the application, quiet and efficient. I used one of these to replace two 8-ft double fluorescent fixtures in my garage workshop and still have plenty of light. Base detaches from tubes and internal wiring uses plugs, so it was easy to mount to the bottom of a ceiling joist. Even though it's 8 feet long, I was able to mount them by myself with the help of some strategically placed bungee cords to position it while screwing it down. Plenty of room for wiring to fit.

Just installed two of these in my garage to replace two 4' florescent fixtures. The good, they look really good and are very bright and perfect for this location. The bad, installed the first one and after getting it mounted I powered it up and it had a 6" section that did not light up and in another section it had every other LED not lighting. Installed the second strip and found that it was not the same as the first one. It came with connectors on the lighting strips that allowed you to disconnect the lights before installation that the first one didn't have. So back to Home Depot exchanged the fixture and all is good. So make sure sure test these before installation, it will save you a lot of time and frustration.

I bought (2) Lithonia 8’ LED, 8200 lumen, 90W, $89.97 each from Home Depot yesterday, installed today. Model MNSL. Had to cut new holes for the power Romex wire; the knockouts Lithonia provided were not in the right place for the wires I had. Also had to drill different attaching holes; again, the ones they provided were not located right for my application. You have to disassemble the lights (no tools needed) to install them. Lithonia supplies a green “tether” wire (looks like a ground wire, and it might double as one) that holds the LED bar assembly close to the lamp base, and the bar assembly just dangles while you thread in the power Romex, and screw the lamp base to your house. Then connect the house power to the LED leads, stuff all the wires back in the base, and re-install the LED bar assembly (again, no tools needed). You can do it by yourself, but an extra hand would be nice when first attaching the base to your house. Took about an hour for each one, because I had to drill some new holes, and I called the help line on the first one, because it seemed odd to me to just have (2) 4 ft light bars dangling in space by a little green wire from the 8 ft lamp base while you attach the fixtures and connect power. Help line was actually pretty good; it is in the U.S.A., so you get American English. And they seemed to know the product.

The 8’ 90W LED Strip lights from Lithonia installed easily and give great lighting in my garage. I used three 8’ strips, each extended with a 4’ version of the same, in my garage. They look great, as if I’d had 12’ lights professionally installed. The only recommendation I have for do-it-yourselfers is when you separate the top and bottom of the fixture so you can mount them, tie a few loops of string loosely around both the base and top parts so the top isn’t hanging from the internal wiring while you mount the fixture to your ceiling. The loops should allow the top to hang about 10” below the base so you can easily access the internals for mounting. I used a short piece of tape to hold each loop in place against the base so they don’t slide around or off. Some of the internal wiring is delicate and the top is heavy enough that if its hanging by the internal wires they can break loose from the solder pads on the LED electronics.

Bright and good color quality light, but terrible manufacturing quality. I bought about 30 of these for a large project. 25% of them had major defects, like missing parts, or dead LED's. They must be having major manufacturing issues at the factory because the insides of these are marked up with check marks and "OK" from the factory workers. They were also all loaded with dirty fingerprints. It looks to me like there was a lot of re-work going on at the factory. Also, the LED modules are integrated into the cover of the electrical box and it's only press-fit to snap it together. I'm going to have to drill and tap for screws because they don't stay together. I called Lithonia to get replacement parts and that was a huge hassle. Long holds on the phone, transfers to the wrong person, and then I had to take pictures of everything, give them serial numbers and fill out forms to get replacement parts. After all that, with the replacement lights they sent me, half of them were damaged in shipping. I regret buying these junkers.
Perfect for Garage
Let me start off by saying that I am big on any LED light that replicates a traditional type of lighting that we are use to. I have many CREE lights in my house for the fact that they look Exactly like the traditional color (2700k) that we are use to in our homes.
