Junk

Looking today to replace shower head that has not worked properly since 1 year after installation. Cheap materials and breaks way to easy. Spray selector is just junk I am also on my 3rd diverter valve in 2.5 years with this system. American Standard has sacrificed quality for profit, used to be the gold standard but i will never buy their products again.

Wouldn't purchase again

Have replaced the wand every year for 3 years. The selector cracks like a broken bone then it stops working. My dad was a plumber and always said AS was the best. Guess not anymore.

It appears to be good quality. We haven't hooked it up yet.

This was a replacement for an identical hand sprayer. It is as the old one was.

Great…Until It Wasn’t

This hand shower head was installed in my bathroom as part of a complete bathroom remodel in 2020. Because of the pandemic, we picked this particular component because it matched the finish and style of the other fixtures we’d selected and it was in stock and available.

The finish on this is great. The slidebar works well. I wish the shower head had a shutoff but that's just me.
