It's just an outlet.

Works perfectly.. It was very easy to wire up..

The outlet was difficult to tighten the screw down to retain the wiring inside the outlet very poor design

I bought this item to replace the bad one I had and is pleased with it. It works fine.

Easy to assemble, and so far it is working without issue.

Wire connections are poorly designed

Wrestling 6ga wire into the tight space inside this outlet is enough of a challenge as it is. The screw clamp connections provided are made of soft brass and spread when the wire is inserted, which makes a secure connection impossible and ruins the outlet. I originally bought this thing so I could avoid having to cut a hole in my wall to install a junction box, but that is what I'm going to have to do. This is yet another example of a product being cost reduced to the point of becoming junk.

The outlet is fine but 6ga cable was a learning...
