We have had the refrigerator for about one month. So far everything has been wonderful. I was concerned that the freezer would feel small but it has more than ample space for our needs. We have a tight space height and depth wise for some of the newer refrigerators and this one fit perfectly! It is also a stunning addition to our kitchen. So far we love it! The delivery crew was the best we have ever had from any vendor. Professional and very efficient.

Can’t open any drawer without opening both doors. Ice cubes are poorly shaped. Noisy. No extras such as butter or egg containers nor wine holder or container for ‘extras’. Door shelves are very difficult to move/adjust. Protective plastic on inside doors difficult to remove. ‘Counter depth sticks out too far.

Broke after 2 years

After 2 years, the fan in the freezer went out. The fan is built into the back of the freezer, so the entire panel has to be replaced. A $300+ part. Delivery of part is 5-7 business days. I was told that it would only affect the freezer, but it causes an error on the refrigerator and the refrigerator stops working also. I am really disappointed in the quality and durability of this product. Will not buy LG appliances again.

Essence White with rose gold/copper handles

I love this fridge. To start, it was delivered timely and the delivery crew was efficient in getting it setup for us. With that said, the handle is a beautiful accent on the fridge, not gold as described, but more of a rose gold but still very pretty. It was delivered Feb 15th so we’ve only had it a month. So far the fridge works great, it is spacious and very quiet. The shelves are movable so we removed 2 that way we could place taller items on the shelves plus we’re a household of 3 and that was plenty. The ice maker puts out plenty of ice and our son loves that he doesn’t have to fill water bottles since our last fridge didn’t have an ice maker or water dispenser. We have an LG W/D so we were able to use the app for notifications. All in all we are enjoying this LG fridge

[Rewarded Review] Awesome gigantic refrigerator

I got the LG 26.5 ft.³ counter depth, three door french door refrigerator with water and ice and print proof stainless steel to check it out is it looks so nice online. This is an awesome refrigerator. It has a ton of room that my old refrigerator did not have the installation was easy. Having a Water dispenser is awesome as well as an ice cube maker. Even better it has its own water filter. This refrigerator also has LED lights so no more replacing light bulbs. Water tastes great coming out of this refrigerator, so there is no aftertaste. The stainless steel is absolutely beautiful. My old refrigerator was stainless steel, but did not have a water dispenser icemaker, and was not nearly as big as this unit is. I already use the LG ThinQ app for my dishwasher so adding onto the refrigerator was no problem at all. Definitely recommend this refrigerator to anybody that is looking to get a unit and is considering this one

[Rewarded Review] LG Studio fridge is tip top notch quality!

Couldn’t be happier with our Studio matte white LG Refrigerator, specifically the inside water dispenser and awesome gray interior color. Tons of room inside for a counter depth refrigerator. On top of this we also bought the LG Studio matte white range which transformed our kitchen into a mid century modern style. LG is by far the best of the best!

What a gorgeous fridge. I love that the fridge has plenty of room for quite a bit of product of all shapes and sizes. The freezer too has plenty of storage for all the cold goods that need to stay frozen. For me, Installation was a breeze. My wife, likes the water dispenser with filter. The shelving gives you plenty of options for positioning to your needs. I was quite surprised with the light inside the fridge. It gave off a good amount of light to see everything clearly. Overall, the fridge is nothing but quality and LG did not disappoint. This is an easy RECOMMENDATION.

Beautiful, Spacious, Clean Look

Biggest thing to know is the handles are not as gold as the photo on the website. It’s a duller blush pink, “rose gold” as it describes but heavy on the rose. In warm light they almost appear to be grey stainless. As the biggest selling points for the other brand that this fridge looks like, my wife was disappointed and is trying to rub and buff them. We had the same filter taste issue as others. Fridge is big, spacious. Grey interior is dark needs to be white or have more lights.

Be aware: Handle color not gold

We ordered this fridge in particular because of the gold handle color appeared on the picture (no explicit color name from description). However like some other reviewers mentioned, the actual handle color is more towards rose gold. While it doesn't match our other kitchen hardware gold color, this looks ugly and we are not going to keep it. Contacted customer service and requested stainless steel version replacement but was refused. Very frustrating!

DO NOT ORDER THIS. This is the 2nd time I have bought a refrigerator from Best buy, this week alone. And the delivery date is a complete scam. They get you to buy the product, with a pick up date, or delivery date on their website shows a couple weeks, no worries. But then a day later, you get a text that says its not going to be ready, and now " EXPECTED delivery date is 2 months out. Ohh it gets better.. So I go on BB website to just order a different one, and the same fridge I just ordered? You guessed it, its showing you can buy it and pick it up ON THE ORIGINAL DATE that was expected. Wanna call the store to find out whats up? YOU CANT. You can no longer call Best Buy stores direct. Attention LG. get me this fridge. I'll buy it direct from you. Best buy is screwing your customers around. Unless you want me to buy Samsung

I could not be more pleased with this refrigerator. It was a replacement for a seven year old counter depth fridge (different brand) that could not be repaired so my protection plan cashed me out.

Aesthetically pleasing kitchen appliance

This new line from LG is absolutely stunning! My kitchen has cream colored cabinets with gold/champagne hardware. The handles on this refrigerator are absolutely gorgeous. They are more of a copper/dark rose gold color. I love to mix metals so that’s fine! The refrigerator itself is perfect! We went from a Maytag side by side with very little room in the freezer to this gorgeous French door fridge! I love how sleek it looks with the water dispenser inside and the ice inside of the freezer.

Manufacturing defect on otherwise solid fridge.

This fridge is higher-end than your typical fridge. It is a very sleek and well-considered design. However, there are some issues that slipped through quality control. One of the door corners is bent out of shape and the doors are slightly out of alignment (pictured). I really want to love this fridge but these QC issues shouldn’t exist on a fridge in this price-range.

[Rewarded Review] So many features and a beautiful appliance

This refrigerator is definitely an upgrade. And it’s been awesome from the ordering, to the delivery, and to the actual appliance. First thing is the delivery and they did awesome. They brought in the refrigerator carefully and we checked it and it was perfect. Home Depot delivery for appliance is good quality and they stuck to the timeline they said. The refrigerator itself is beautiful. It’s stainless steel and it sure is big. There is so much room inside of it, and everything like the shelves on the doors, and inside are really spacious. My favorite thing about it is that it has many features that I’ll probably still be learning as we go along. At first, I could not find where the water was dispensed from and it’s on the inside and it really is nice how they did that. In my opinion, that feels more sanitary because it would keep that area cool all the time preventing germs. It also has an air filtering system. And the water filter is very easy to install, and it came with a wrench for it. I think I’m going to have to download an app because that’s how the refrigerator communicates when it needs certain things and that’s good with me because I can control it all from my phone. That’s something I’m still getting used to, but it’s a really cool feature to have. The app will tell me when it needs maintenance like the filters and other stuff. The drawers are really nice to keep vegetables, crisp, and they sure are big. Another cool thing that I noticed is lighting inside is by an LED. And I like that, because no more bulbs. And the things that slide in and out glide very nicely, because they have quality wheels. Overall, the whole refrigerators just really good quality. It also came with an allen wrench like if I needed to move the refrigerator to remove the handles to fit through a opening. The wheels for moving it around are nice because it’s actually pretty easy to wheel it around when it needs to be adjusted in place. The stainless steel color of it matches any kitchen. Everything on it is just so smooth. It also says that it is print proof which is nice because I do have kids and they grab it a lot. The icemaker is really nice and does its job and the water it provides is very clean also. They really do use a good filtering system. I’m not sure how often the filter has to be changed but it’s worth it for clean water. I prefer definitely using an app, then the on screen and trying to figure that out. Personally, I think I got more used to the app which I’m still figuring out than when they have their own screen. Just overall and awesome appliance, and look forward to having it for many years. My family likes it and I’d recommend it to anyone trying to upgrade.

I have had my LG Stainless Steel dishwasher and stove for about 18 months, and I am very happy with the quality, construction, and operation of both appliances. I decided to complete my kitchen with a LG Stainless Steel refrigerator. I wanted a refrigerator that did not have an external water/ice dispenser in the door and would match the clean look of my dishwasher. Since this refrigerator is from the Studio line of products, the handles have square ends instead of the smooth, disappearing arch handles of my dishwasher and stove.

[Rewarded Review] gorgeous addition to our home

This refrigerator is fantastic and we were very excited to add it to our house. the front is so well designed and clean, since they moved the water filer and ice distribution to the inside. There is a ton of space in the doors for milk cartons, wine bottles or whatever you need. There are plenty of drawers in the fridge to compartmentalize vegetables from deli meats and cheeses and everything is easy to clean. The freezer is deep, with sub-compartments to accommodate frozen pizzas, kid popsicles or ice cubs. It was also delivered well. Every single surface of the refrigerator was covered in plastic and clean, so no scratches or dents. The delivery crew took the box and delivery material with them too... which made my life extremely easy.

[Rewarded Review] Sleek, very spacious, and well-lit

We really like our new fridge. Compared to our old side-by-side model, it seems like it has more space. It has great lighting inside, so it's easy to see everything. The door pockets are huge and hold tons of condiments or whatever we choose to put there. The shelves are nice quality, and one can slide halfway back, allowing us to store a few tall items, like milk jugs, in that spot. The water dispenser works great, although we have to hold the door open for a long time when we use it. I do like how the exterior looks so clean without the water/ice dispenser out there. There are two half-width drawers plus a third full-width drawer. I love how I can get into the half-width drawers by just opening one of the fridge doors. The full-width drawer can hold larger items, but it does require opening both doors to get into it. The freezer is cavernous, and seems like it can hold a lot. I do wish it had a couple more dividers in it so that I could keep it more organized. The ice maker works great and the ice bin holds a lot of ice, so we always have plenty, which we love. The clean exterior looks great in our kitchen. All in all, it's a nice upgrade for us!
