Very nice hot tub! Works exactly as it should and has nice pressure coming from the jets. The different colored lighting is nice and my kids like the waterfall feature.

Fast and easy delivery, well packaged. Totally plug and play. Perfect for 2 people, plenty of room. Stayed warm even in 20 degree winter and snow. I highly recommend this tub!

Best hot tub for the price

What more could you want in a hot tub? Lots of jets, holds heat well with a nice cover, cool lights, waterfall feature, and a variety of seats/a bed to choose from. Unless you have some really specific standards and lots of extra money to blow, I couldn't imagine a better product for your money. It does everything I could want a hot tub to do at a great price. And even better, it runs off a standard 120V, so no need for an electrician! We were a little weary at first that it might not be as good as it sounded, but we are very satisfied!

So far, so good. We’ve only had the spa for about 10 days but it seems to be well built and works as advertised. It filled up fast and was up to temperature in less than 24 hours. My only advice to potential buyers is:

Overall, pleased with our purchase. The installation was a little more involved; took both of us to reattach the side covering - a little tricky. Otherwise, it is plug and play. Works great!

Sprung a leak!

After two months, has sprung a leak. Waiting to hear what they will do to help.

Question, is it normal for the pump to stop after the temperature is maintained

Delivered on time and undamaged. No missing pieces or parts. Performance is exactly as stated. Not fancy but a great basic hot tub.

The hot tub arrived in a timely fashion. It was in perfect condition and just as we expected.

Took 2 days to heat up, besides that has been good. Jury is still out on how it performs when winter comes.

Good Starter Tub

Really enjoying this hot tub. It delivers for the price. Took about 2 days to heat upon first plug in and definitely doesn't hold temps well when the cover is off. But for the price and convenience, I'm happy with it as my first starter hot tub. :)

Nice starter hottub

Bought this last year as a first time hot tub. 110v so it plugs unto standard outlet we had on the patio. Leveled it with a simple wood frame filled half way with pebbles. Chemicals are way easier than a swimming pool. Couple teaspoons of bromine after each use and monitor ph, hardness, and alkalinity 1 or 2 times a week. Cover is excellent. 220v with our next tub for sure only because it takes 2 or more days to get up to 105f after filling and you're supposed to drain every few months. If I leave the top off for more than 30" the temp will drop a few degrees because 110v doesn't keep it up as well as 220v does. But for just me a couple soaks a week it's a great starter tub. 3 adults no problem. 4 adults or more would be "very cozy"

best price on the best value hot tub, i love it. The siding is a bit on the cheaper side as it isnt as amazing in real life as you think when looking at the product pictures but its all tolerable.

First impressions are great!!

The 110 version took 48 hours to get to full temperature while it's in mid-30's outdoors. But it seems to be holding well. We see about a 3 degree drop over half an hour when it's 33 degrees out and we have the air jets active. The air jets make a real difference in temperature loss, but even at full air it seems fine to us. The locking cover held without problem during a severe storm yesterday. We're thrilled so far!
