Best swingset

Great swingset! We had our previous one for almost 10 years in a very wet humid region. When it broke we bought the exact same one again, and it is great! Totally worth the money because it’s taller it’s better for older kids and is more fun. Great quality, durable thick metal.

Awesome Swing Set

Bought this swing set for my kids, and they're on it every day! The assembly instructions were easy to follow, and once it was set up, it felt super solid. No issues with it moving around even when the kids are playing rough. Highly recommend with parents that have rowdy kids!

The kids love the swings

Bought the Lifetime Metal Swing Set for the kids, and it's been a big hit! Setup was easy, and the swing set feels really solid. Perfect for hours of safe playtime definitely recommend for families!

Arrived deformed!

TWO of the poles arrived bent and deformed!! I had to hammer the poles into shape enough to wedge the pieces together - leaving two of them damaged and jagged. For the price I paid I am beyond frustrated.

This is an excellent backyard swing set. It is playground quality, very strudy and thoughtfully designed to prevent injury to children’s fingers. The colors blend in with the yard so it does not obstruct your view. We have 3 and 6 year old girls who want to be swinging all the time now that they have their own. It was delivered in perfect condition. We have had it for one month; it surpasses our expectations.

Easy to set up, good quality

We are very pleased with this swing so far (1 week in). All necessary parts were present. Instructions easy to follow. My husband is a welder/pipefitter by trade. He is impressed with the quality of workmanship on the parts. He is confident this swing set will hold up to years of use. The swing set was used by many family members over The Weeknd some 250# plus in size. The set held up and showed no signs of give or sway.

AMAZING!

We purchased this swing set in 2020 and we live in MI. We leave it out all year long. It looks brand new still. no signs of rust or corrosion at all. it's super tall and works wonderfully still for our 10 year old boy as well as our super little children. They use it every day in the fall, spring and summer. We love it. When we first received it, there were some issues with some of the pipes, but I called customer support, and they shipped us replacement parts quickly and with no issues free of charge. They have AMAZING customer service and I will always buy lifetime products.

Kids love it!

Bought this for my kids aged 1-8 and it’s been a hit with all of them (we hung up a bucket swing we already had instead of the trapeze bar for the 1 year old)

Not worth the trouble

Very difficult to assemble. The bolts are just too short and the video doesn’t explain it well.

Horrid customer service experience

Very poor customer service, rude, dismissive, unhelpful. One of the legs is rusted out on our swing set, I want to buy a replacement part, I got 0 help calling... I'm going to keep calling until someone with a decent attitude picks up.

We bought this 11 years ago and my two daughters have used it extensively and still do. So much so that they actually wore out the metal ring in the seats where the chain attaches! I contacted the company and they happily helped me get two replacement swings which were easily installed. Great company, great product.

Good set

I actually put this together myself, without my husband… I was quite proud of myself, it was pretty easy to setup! Only took me about 1.5 hours.

This isn't as sturdy as I thought it would be, definitely moves even when my 80 pound child is on it, but doesn't move enough to be at risk. The kids love the height of it. It was pretty easy to put together - anchoring is the most difficult part.

Bought it 6 years ago, moved it a couple of times, great weight/sturdy. Sold to another family with some surface rust on chain and some weathering on sticker, otherwise powder coated finish like new

Love this sturdy swing set!

This swing set arrived in less than a week from ordering. It was well packed and all parts were clearly labeled. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I love the subtle colors that fit nicely into our natural landscape. My 10 year old grandson helped put it together. His 7 year old sister loves to swing, and he is enjoying the monkey bar!

Amazing swing set! this is actually my third one. Ive had my first one for quite a few years and it held up so well, i gave mine to my nieces and even got a new one for my new house and am adding in an other.

Good Value Overall

We bought this swing set 3 years ago. Overall excellent quality and a good value. However, some of the galvanized metal on the top chains and chain brackets at the top have already started rusting. Perhaps they should paint all the chains instead of just the bottom portions to prevent this from happening. As all the painted parts are in like new condition. Besides that issue we're happy customers.
