beautiful tub came with a crack

The tub looks beautiful, unfortunately our contractor found a small crack in it after it was installed. Since it was a freight shipment, build.com has a 2 day window to report damage. There was no way to unbox the tub to inspect it before it was installed a few weeks later. I had to contact Jacuzzi, which I did on Aug 14. It took two weeks for them to respond that someone would be reaching out to us to inspect the tub. Finally on Aug 29th I received a call from someone local that they were assigned to case and would be calling to schedule at some point. I called to complain last week and was finally put on the schedule for a repair on 9-18. This was not a cheap tub and I would like it replaced, hard to believe they think waiting 5 weeks to send someone to repair it is an acceptable option. We have a lovely new master bath that we still can't use, I don't recommend jacuzzi. I will say one of the other items ordered from build.com was lost and it was replaced within two days. I would avoid buying anything that uses freight shipments, unless you can inspect immediately.

Nice but had defects

The tub looks nice but it came with a big gash on the front. The packaging was still intact so I can assume it was boxed up that way from the factory. We'll see how the return goes. I'll try and re-order the same one.

Jacuzzi bathtub!

The tub is installed but my shower system and shower wall haven’t installed yet. I wished the tub is a bit lower for me. Other than that, I liked it’s clean look.

A Sleek and Deep Bath.

I love this tub. It's wide, deep and plenty of room for 2 if so inclined. The white is so crisp and bright. This was a replacement tub for the old oval garden tub in a remodel we did. I'm 100% satisfied.

Not woth the money

miss molded tile flanges (thick to thin from one end to the other on all three sides) Non slip texture is not molded centered. Will this tub work, yes. Worth the money I paid for it, No.

Nice tub

Tub appeared great. Unfortunately our plumbing didn’t work out as planned and instead of a left hand tub we need a right hand above the floor drain tub, which Isn’t available here. I’m returning this one and very happy with the return process.

DO NOT BUY THIS TUB...horrible manufacturing.

First off, I will say the customer service folks at FaucetDirect.com were awesome! They helped me every step of the way through this nightmare and ultimately refunded 100% of my money. The problem was on the manufacturing side (that is, with Jacuzzi). I would give this tub negative five stars if I could. I would also fire everyone of the Jacuzzi inspectors and whoever is in charge of their manufacturing line. I had this tub shipped to me 5 times....seriously. Every time I received it, there was a different manufacturing flaw. Tub #1: tile flange cut short so it would have leaked in a few years; Tub #2: acrylic deposits and large imperfections on the tub skirt; Tub #3: one of the self-levelers on the bottom was missing and there were small holes in one side; Tub #4: cracked on the side; Tub #5: cracked in the corner by the tile flange and wooden supports were not attached on all ends. I originally bought this tub because I really liked the design and, until this experience, thought well of the Jacuzzi brand. I can honestly say the I will never buy another Jacuzzi product again. The scary part is that some of the defects were obvious, but others not so much. Makes me wonder how many flawed tubs have been installed, only to have problems surface a few years down the road when the manufacturer's warranty no longer applies.

Great looking tub..... keep in mind you have to by the jacuzzi drain that goes with it... any other is not compatable
