Only used it once, so far I love it!

Great build quality.

Its well built, but not 100% thought out

I have been waiting for this to go on sale, i wanted a griddle that was sturdier than the competition. It is substantially better built, bigger better wheels, easy to move, all the things you want for an outdoor item. Cooks evenly, lights immediately, super easy to clean the side tables. The cons, it has to be plugged in (why would anyone want this), and there's no nat gas conversion kit, or really any accessories. Overall, im glad i got it, works great for what we need.

Bad regulator

Bought grill on clearance was thrilled. Built it with my daughter and discovered bad regulator. Emailed the company they said they would respond within 72 hours. They responded the next day! However they told me a new regulator would be on the way soon but to allow 7-10 day. That’s far too long for the cost of the product, but worse too it still hasn’t shipped. It’s been over 10 days thinking about returning the grill. I have had a porch ornament for 10-15 days never used disappointed for sure

Very nice I really like it. I was looking for one. The normal ones that’s need.

Error codes won’t even pop up

I’ve had this grill for a little over a month, all electric knobs, which is nice to set temperature, but now it won’t even start. With a full tank of propane, nothing works. Not worth the money. Customer service won’t even answer the phones, not happy with this product at all. Would not recommend to anyone.

Amazing!!!!!

I have to give a shout out to Loco's customer support team, specifically Jamin. My 26" started having an issue where the left burner would ignite, but it would shut off and not come back on. I emailed support to find out what parts I could purchase for it. I planned on just buying the parts and fixing it myself. I was not asking for replacement parts for free.

Wonderful griddle. Superior Customer Service

Easy Assembly, great quality. I had a few issues with my griddle and I contacted Loco customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure I got the quality I purchased and to ensure I was happy. They stand by their products and provide “old school” customer service. I wouldn’t consider buying another brand.

Only 1 burner works

One burner keeps shutting off says error. Doesn’t even stay on to get the grill hot enough to season. Loco customer service doesn’t reply to emails or phone calls. Don’t buy it get blackstone

Excellent Griddle and Customer Service

I bought this griddle summer of 2023. Used for a year and started having issues with one of the knobs. Got in contact with Loco and they sent me an entire new griddle. Could not be happier with their customer service. Would recommend this product and this company. They stand behind their products!

Killer griddle. Perfect in every way. No hot or cold spots. Easy to use and clean. I definitely recommend this.

Grill came damaged it was the last in stock and when I wanted to return they wanted a restock fee I lose out on money so I had to contact the maker to get the main bottom replacement because they don't carry it at store so I have to wait 2-4 was for the replacement they won't give me credit or anything so upsetting.

Griddle better than grill...

The item came damaged. The lid was completely dented on one side.

I just got it it rained a little bit on it one evening and rust started dripping out of the handle all over the flat top and outside of the grill. Took it back immediately.

the grill was really nice something different

The griddle holds a temperature at a set heat. It will not burn vegies for fahitas and it will not burn other meats. It works great for Garlic Shrimp and many other meals. .

Great grill. Probably the best gas grill we've ever had. Worth the money.
