I WON'T be ordering again. Ordered the wrong ones, Sent them back unopened, AND never received any credit whatsoever.

Items are good I needed to be more careful in identifying the size wheels and attachments fittings for my chair one size doesn't fit all when it comes to old refurbished office chairs. But these will be good to have on hand for the life of my new replacement office chair

The Lorell soft wheels I purchased seem to be working fine. I was expecting a softer wheel, but these are great. They do not leave any marks.

The original wheels on my chair started to cause scoffing on my engineered wood floor. The flooring store suggested getting some softer wheels, so I got these. These were easy to install and seem to be doing the job. When installing the appropriate metal post on the wheels, you will need to use a hammer to pound them in. At first, I was a bit concerned about using so much force, but it all went well. I don't know what you get from the more expensive ones, but these seem to be a very good value.

Disappointed!

Maybe it is because of my lack of knowledge, but I expected to replace some existing office chair wheels quickly, but I am not sure just what the purpose of the stems are. I know the shorter end fits into either the wheel or the chair base, but I am confused on how to use the other end. Both sizes are too long for either my chair base or the wheel itself.........disappointed!

Great product

Wheels look and work great. Just post is too big for my chair. I have a gaming chair and the posts are 5/16" and i have not found any that size. So I put one of these on the missing wheel and try not to rock or it will fall off

missing parts

ordered two sets and one set came with the 7/16" pins missing. Probably a returned item that was not checked.

Office Chair

The product exceeded expectations. The old casters left black marks on my wooden floor and the new ones do not. The caster was very easy to install - having the two sizes of shanks was a very good situation to be in as I have two different makes of chairs in my office and the product would work on either of them.
