Nightmare to assemble and stretch the chain link. The metal ties were flimsy and small.

This was a fairly good purchase. It is NOT Chewy's fault that the product wasn't better. The instructions were vague and hard to read. One almost has to sit and read every inch before starting in order to get all the right info. Additionally there was a screw missing. The kennel works great, I just wish it was so much trouble to assemble.

I was very excited to receive this pen to be able to put it dog in while I am out in the yard doing yard work however this enclosed does not line up to my expectations. The quality is not there, the links o. The fence iRe loose and make for an easy escape. We put this up and took it right back down same day, I don’t trust it!! The only postive thing I have to say is the kennel was actually pretty easy to put up.

Nice kennel, shipping nightmare

Available online only, minimal damage upon arrival, I.E. 2 bent rods and a few bolts missing, however I was able to assemble and use it. The box was damaged on both ends due to the weight but overall it's a nice kennel with room for the dog to run. I gave it 4 stars due to the damage, which may be no fault of TSC

Great solution

I purchased this for my little dog. It is great and appears to be sturdy. I was concerned about not having all the parts and/or parts having rust as I saw on other reviews. Luckily I did not have that issue. Also I also purchased the assembly option for it and could not say better things about Rodney putting it together.

Dog enclosure

It takes some time to assemble, but this is a quality item. We feel confident our dog will be secure inside. The only thing we changed is that we used cable ties instead of the metal links to attach the chain links to the poles.

Nice looking but cheaply made

Not at all what I expected

I’m not sure what part of this is preassembled but from the chain link to the gate to each and every piece of tubing you have to assemble or fix yourself. They don’t send any extra screws and you have to individually take out all of the screws before you can assemble. IT ISN’T PANELS YOU HOOK TOGETHER. Do not buy if you are planning on relocating in the near future because breaking down and moving would be a huge issue! I’m super disappointed. Could’ve bought panels off of Craigslist PREASSEMBLED as advertised for cheaper.

Product is what I needed and wanted. Working just fine keeping my dogs safe if I'm able or win shopping spree I need another kennel and things for dogs outside..

Life saver with my 13 pups

It was fairly easy to put up with 2 people. It looks like it gives you the option to choose the layout but you only have enough parts to do one layout. We haven’t put the dogs in there yet. We bought this for when our son brings his dogs home.
