Beautiful Litze Accessory

I love the Litze Accessories and line in general. We've just installed them in our two kitchen sinks, bar and half bath. They're elegant and unique. There have been a few issues though. This towel rack arrived without any hardware to attach it to the wall. So did my separate order of the European Toilet paper holder. I've yet to install these products for this reason. Were these being sold as open boxes? How do I get the wall hardware??? Would I recommend the product line? Yes, certainly quality and designwise, but No because of the missing parts needed to attach them.
