Water Spots

We have the brushed nickel faucet & tub set in our new hall bath. But,this set gets horrendous water spots that need towel drying after each use.I have brushed nickel from Newport Brass in my primary and 17yrs no drying the metal after use. Disappointing

This product is defective. After installation by a plumber the spout leaks and does not stop by doing the suggested Service Instructions

Great faucet! Perfect in our black white bathroom. Great quality.

If I had written this review when I first got this faucet, I would have given it five stars. However, after two years, there are rust stains surrounding the faucet that I cannot remove. Not a good look.

Nice design and operation. The style is classic. One out of two had a bad valve. I had to return one after sale so it was more expensive to buy a replacement. I would have rather replaced it but the sku changed.

Poor quality control

I am very disappointed with the quality of an American Standard Townsend Bathroom faucet I recently purchased. When my plumber installed the faucet, we noticed that the cold water side was not aligned properly. My plumber told me the cold water handle is built as a single unit and there is no set screw to adjust the alignment. I will never purchase another American Standard faucet.

Overall Good Faucet

We purchase two faucets in matte black for a master bath upgrade. Faucet arrived in new condition without any damage to boxes or products. It was easy to install and they look beautiful! They use a plastic nut under the counter and we feel like it's a little too loose because the whole handle or spout will move a bit. Also, I'm not sure how to describe this exactly but when the right handle is in the off position, it angles back a bit and is not perfectly lined up. Not sure how to fix this issue, and hope it does not require second trip from plumber.
