We love the faucet look and function!

Worked fine for awhile

Had the faucet for a couple years and it worked fine. Recently, it started dripping so I tried to change out the cartridge. Incredibly difficult! First,the handle was difficult to remove and I ended breaking breaking the plastic stem extension and when I used the tool to remove the cartridge. I had to apply pressure to the plastic piece that holds the cartridge in place it stripped. Pretty sure more issues await not sure I want mess with this faucet anymore.

Water scale build up will cause turn handle seized

Water will get into turn handle easily, cause timescale build up, make turning handle harder over the time. I am using soft water for my entire house, and the faucet was bought just one year ago. So I believe the product had design flaw, it need improvement, I don't recommend this product.

Perfect match

Darcy was superb. We took in a picture of our existing faucet which was 5+ years old and Darcy was able to match it perfectly as we have double sinks. She explained that Home Depot rotates the faucets they display but she was able to look online and find it, We were so impressed.

Glamor and Quality

I purchased this for my mother and she thinks it's absolutely glamorous. I like that it's a quality faucet.

Constant issues, not working well

I bought this in 2018, and had constant problems. Every 2 years I had to change parts in warranty due to problems like very low flow, no aeration, sticky handles, etc. Need to be a handyman to keep this thing going. I've had other faucets that never required much maintenance. Now it's not working agai, but out of warranty. Not worth the money.

Love the look

This is the fifth one of these faucets we have purchased. They look great and are quite solid and dependable.

Two reasons not to buy:

1) The valves will eventually become stuck and not able to open. Read reviews. Sure slam a new cartridge in for another 6 months or a year? No.2) Yours, like mine is most likely seized in place and not removable from the bottom any more. What I ended up doing was removing the handles, cutting top down (jut enough through the lock ring) in two places on the exposed threads and crimp the copper inward. Falls right out.Buy the K***** brand with ceramic valves. Never had an issues.

Easy directions to follow-quality materials

I just finished the installation of this wonderful bath faucet-elegant lines-finest finish-and well meshing parts. Had to wait a year to install because of health issues-but finally got it in. Moen makes the best faucets and products.

Nice, but .....

Really nice unit. One downside - my vanity has a quartz backsplash and the part that operates the sink plug was hitting the backsplash. We've had to bend it and turn it sideways to operate it. It's working, but just. It's installed now so I'm keeping it - wasn't worth the hassle of returning and finding something else. Not sure if other people have experienced this as well ?

Thank you checking on our order. This purchase was a replacement for the identical faucet purchased in 2021. As we have two sinks we wanted to match to what we had. Moen did not last as long I thought it should have, same with the kitchen faucet. We appreciate HD sending new one in a timely fashion with good communication of our order status

The design of the faucet fits our bathroom perfectly. Past purchases of Moen products have been very reliable.

Will not last

I bought this Darcy two handle for a bathroom remodel. The handles started sticking very soon after. I ignored the problem as I was strong enough to force the handles to open and close. By a couple of years, the bases were spinning as the handles had become stuck. I destroyed the handle kit just trying to remove them. I am going out to find replacements. I trusted Moen because of their reputation and paid a premium price. Well, just like everything else, product quality has gone downhill. Sad

Best easiest install ever

The install information is the clearest, easiest set of instructions I have ever seen! I’m a 78 year architect upgrading my home. I admire great art and architectural drawings. MOEN has exceeded their peers. Best value, design and high quality build An industry leader.

Steer Clear. Great at first.

Steer clear of this faucet. We purchased it when we bought our home. 3 years later. Moen did replace the cold water handle that froze up. Now another 3 years the Hot and Cold handles are frozen up. The drain ring has rusted. Not even going to contact them again. The Darcy has so many design flaws. And they know it. And are still selling it. Save your money. Nothing is made to last anymore. I don't remember my parents having to replace faucets over and over again.

Handles Freeze up

I purchased this faucet 8 years ago. Love it. About 3 1/2 years in the cold water handle froze up. Couldn't turn it without the whole base moving. Contacted the company. The replaced the handle. Current day both handles are froze up. Can't use the bathroom sink at all. Come to find out, This is a defect in the faucet. I don't not want another one at this point. Very disappointed. Expected more from Moen. Purchasing a Kohler. I don't remember my parents having to change out faucets ever.
