The Cutter is useless, it cuts only thin fettuccine and not adjustable. Shipping was fast but manual damaged, Consglioskitchenware only refunded $5. Will not order from here anymore.

Based on one good sized

Based on one good sized tomato leaf pasta, but have so much more pasta planned for the future! The operation of this machine is very easy and fun to use, instructions are clear, easy to clean up. I am a first time pasta maker and am so happy to make my own pasta using local ingredients and with this quality of machine so much less work in creating pasta and more enjoying!

Just buy it!

The machine works beautifully! The rolling mechanism is smooth and the wide range of settings makes beautiful sheets of pasta. The cutters are very precise, no need to tear the strands apar, they were all evenly cut! The motor is a little loud but it's totally worth it.

Amazing Machine!

I purchased the Atlas electric pasta machine from Consiglios kitchens. First, Consiglios was outstanding to deal with. They answered all of my questions and shipped out the machine quickly. Packing was excellent. The machine itself is wonderful to use and worked perfectly right out of the box. My first batch of pasta came out well but my technique was further refined by watching the videos. The motor really makes this easy to use though the crank is included if you want to try it. No clamp is needed with the motor as it is heavy enough to support to machine.I have not yet had to clean the machine other than dusting off the flour. If you make the dough stiff enough it will not stick to the parts of the machine.

I love this machine it works well with polymer clay, The only down fall I get using this machine is it put ripple in my clay on the 4 setting.
