Very sturdy packaging, fairly straightforward assembly and installation, because of the design it's a little difficult to determine the correct chain length and we had to remove links twice. The glass shades are very tricky to attach with the supplied tool but luckily my hand fit inside the shade to screw the candle sheaths into position, I can understand how some customers had broken the shades. The fixture is very good quality, I like the matte textured finish. It looks rather medieval but contemporary too. My first purchase from Houzz, I recommend this excellent product.

Pleased with this light fixture

I still find it hard to shop online. I like seeing something in person before I buy it since returning something larger is a hassle. But this light fixture turned out to look quite nice over my dining table. Also, good quality for the money. What pleased me most about the whole experience is the fact that while the person who installed it for me broke one of the glass shades, all he did was make a call to customer service and they sent another one out immediately. Because of this, I would purchase from Lamps Plus again.
