Need help with customer service

Be careful of the colors, there are 9 different colors for blue, this onecwas INK, I have returned these yet keep showing up for review. I have another order color of blue MARSEILLE that i need to return and cant get a return order.

Complementary Plates

We love our new plates. They complement some other dishes that we have used for several years that are very sentimental to me. These plates are heavy and sturdy.

Great Dinnerware

I own a lot of Le Creuset dinnerware, including a full set in original colour Soleil. I've gradually added some Cerise and Oyster to the mix and I absolutely love the quality. They are in and out of the dishwasher daily and I've had absolutely no issues. I expect to keep adding pieces to the collection.

Must register for!!

Love! Registered for these plates for our wedding after looking around at different options in store. I fell in love with these and how pretty yet timeless the detail is on the plates. After using them for about a year now, I have not have a single one chip. Love how heavy duty they are. Highly recommend!!

Love the pretty blue color. Plates heat up well in the microwave & are dishwasher safe! Also love the matching pasta bowls!!! 🍝

Plates are nice but don’t match my existing ones

I purchased These four plates to expand our collection and upon receiving the plates, they were the same colour however, the style is different. I was not aware that you had different types of dinner plates so that was frustrating however we will keep since the colour does match.

Using them for 3 months now. Edge of the shallow bowl chipped. Expected more from Le Creuset. Last set of Crate & Barrel dishes never chipped and took over a decade to form stress cracks.

We just bought 12 of these oyster grey dinner plates, 12 oyster grey salad plates, and 8 oyster grey pasta bowls. The coloring is incredible. We like the wide flat area on the plates with a thinner raised outer ring, allowing foods to stay separated (for our picky kids and my picky wife, LoL!).

Finally found dishes my husband loves too

I absolutely love these dishes. My husband has been complaining about how hot dishes are when using the microwave. I purchased 5 other brands of dinner plates and all were very hot in the microwave. These are not - they are warm but not too hot. they are beautiful and heavy. We LOVE them. They were a bit pricey but worth every penny

Plates will show scratches..

I've been using the plates for about 2 months. I had been looking for a while for new plates that are scratch resistant. Unfortunately, I'm already seeing some scratches from silverware. Otherwise, I love the plates and they match well with my other white pieces from a different manufacturer.

Best dishes I've ever had!

I've been using this dinnerware for a month now. The color matches the website and is exactly what I wanted. The weight and feel of the dishes couldn't be better. I love that they are microwave, dishwasher, and oven-safe. Not to mention the style. I have had many dishes over the years and this is my absolute favorite.

My picky husband loves them

We have gone through so many plates they usually chip or overheat in microwave that you have to wait.

Not worth the "investment".

I purchased service for 8 less than 3 years ago. My dishes come out of the dishwasher chipped beyond belief. Like so many Le Creuset customers, I pride myself on my ability to cook, and I do not mind investing in lasting pieces. These dishes are one of the worst "investments" I've ever made, to the tune of over $800. I highly recommend Le Creuset cookware; there is nothing like it. But, if you are thinking about these dishes--think again. I would expect to replace dishes from some "big box" store. Dishes that claim to move from oven, to microwave, to table to dishwasher should NOT look like this after less than 3 years in a household of 2 grown adults. But, you may be reading this review and thinking "Well, some people just don't take care of things." Honestly--what kind of people buy things from Le Creuset. Two kinds of people: Those who view these products as aspirational display items, to look pretty in a color-coordinated kitchen, and fussy foodies who invest money in kitchen equipment because cooking is a form of expression/passion/love. We are the latter adults. Literally buy ANY OTHER DISHES.
