It’s been 3 weeks still haven’t received second half of my order

Getting the right rod for the ceiling fan I ordered was a nightmare until I called and talked to the loveliest rep. It took her a while to find, and I appreciated the tenacity! In terms of the rod itself -- it's the right size, the right width and the right color -- what else could you want?

This pipe would have been ideal if it fit inside the down-rod supplied with the original fan I purchased. This was the same standard dimension as the fan, meaning there was no way to attach products for the intended purpose.

Did not work with the fan and id not come with the attachment pieces needed.

Great quality and price

Amazing quality and fits my home perfectly. It was a recommended product with the fan that I also bought from bed bath and beyond and I am so happy they recommended it. It feels like good quality and the color is perfect. I am going to order another one for my living room fan.

Perfect to extend my patio fan

Works great

Not sure these will work with ceiling fans we bought off Wayfair, the threaded section on one end isn’t needed and we tried to order a down rod without but they all arrive with threaded ends regardless of the pictures.

Should have gone smaller

I purchased this 72" downrod on advice from several retail stores and the distributor who is associated with Hinkley (Capitol Lighting). Unfortunately I should have gone with the 60" downrod instead.
