Looks good, but on high doesn't put off much air

Installed this solo about 20 ft up in a barn space, incredibly easy to set up and install, well designed and once in place moves an absolute ton of air with almost no noise at all.

The fan was terrible. I read that in reviews but they were mixed about half and half. This fan doesn’t move any air. It hardly spins at all. Home Depot was great about an exchange for a different fan. I went with two smaller fans that they keep in stock.

Solid, attractive fan. Poor airflow

We replaced our patio fan with this. It is a nice looking fan and the aluminum blades should never droop. However, we are really disappointed with the amount of air it moves. Even sitting right under the fan at full speed you have a hard time even telling the fan is on. If I get on my ladder right under the fan I can faintly detect air movement. Our patio has an 11 foot ceiling so maybe that is the problem. However the cheap fan we replaced had better airflow. Not worth the money.

Nice and quiet

I really question the other reviews that say it doesn’t move any air…it works fantastic for us! We have it in our vaulted living room with a loft and very high peak of approx. 22’. Not only can you feel the air moving in the living room, you can feel it in the loft as well. Ver attractive fan for it home and it’s also very quiet. I love it!!

Sturdy, industrial looking, easy to assemble and install. The blades are a bit rough on the edges but this does not matter when turning.

Its a very nice fan. It would be nice if they offered an option to purchase an additional downrod as I am not sure too many 72" fances are being installed 12" from the ceiling. My clients ceilings are 18' and needed to go buy a 5' downrod. Also, I didn't realize it didn't come with a remote.

Moves zero air

I don't see how anyone is giving this more than 1 star. It moves zero air, standing directly under it you can barely feel it working. Spins very slow and moves no air at all. Certainly not close to 10k cfm as advertised.

Good Fan - Clunky Controller

I saw the same unit at Menard's for half price it took 5 days to get a return authorization From Lumens and then nothing .... I took the fan to UPS and it's been a full week and I'm still waiting for a refund. great marketing not so great customer service or pricing.

The fan is beautiful and quiet. It moves air like a light breeze. I wish it had one speed higher for cooling purposes but it’s so pretty that I am keeping them. It does make a difference with comfort sitting outside even on a hot day.
