Received light very quickly. Simple install as all the hardware is included. Wire nuts for electrical connections are included and the wires are clearly labeled (white/black). Installed light in less than 1/2 hour as it replaced existing fixture. Very happy with purchase

Very well made and looks just like the picture. Just want we needed for our entry way. Replaced our current light out front of our home with this and looks great. Looks nice on my porch

Looks pretty nice for the price. That's all can write re the light as I have not had it installed yet. I am waiting for the wall lanterns I ordered to have them put up at one time.

Excellent fixture

We got this to replace an older one that looked exactly the same. I prefer this model as its lighter and easier to change out the bulb and clean the glass. You cant go wrong as its a great price and looks wonderful and fitted in with our Historic Area requirements.

Bought 2 for new outdoor living area / covered patio... and used LED bulbs. Beautiful, cool light... bright... and the fixture is great quality. No hassle in installation, plenty of chain to get the exact length.

Just what I was looking for

I've been looking for a hanging outdoor light for ages but the ones I've found have not been quite right. This light is perfect for our older colonial house and it really sets off the porch. It's well made with metal not plastic and was priced quite reasonably.

Happy with product

We are very happy with the product. the best thing is the bottom is open therefore no caught bugs! I do wish it was a little bigger however it was very easy to install and looks great.

Beautiful Light

We had searched stores locally with no luck and decided to try the internet. The Lighting Direct site featured so many varieties of fixtures that we were able to find several that would fit out needs. The one we chose looks great and gives plenty of illumination to the back porch. It was easy to mount and all the necessary parts were there and easily identifiable.

Installation Challenge

The installation directions said that it would be a 35 minute job. That time did not include a trip to Home Depot to buy the needed part which was not included with the light. The correct part was pictured in the directions, but a different one was in the package.

Pleased with purchase

I was extremely pleased with the light. 1) Solid construction, 2) Good size, 3 ) Easy to install. If there was any negative, it was the size of the plate that attaches to the ceiling box. I wish it was slightly larger. I purchased another plate that did the job. The builders of my home cut a wide margin around the electrical box leaving too big of a gap if I used the plate supplied. Not a fault of the light though. Shipment was quick and nothing was broken. Will order from this company again.
