Excellent design innovation and works great

Purchased to replace an older dispenser that stopped working. The ability to dispense with just your thumb (the Tilt dispelling) is fantastic and a huge upgrade for a kitchen sink soap dispenser. Installation was super easy. So far, so good. No issues with shipping/packaging. finish matches our existing Pfister faucet.

Pretty but doesn't function

My husband installed this along with the faucet about a month ago, now it doesn't work! It tilts forward and nothing comes out, so I push it back and have to wobble it around for 10-20 seconds before it finally will squirt out some soap. It looks beautiful, but does not function as described. Glad I kept my old soap dispenser.

Solotilt soap dispenser broke after 1 week of use!! Very poor manufacturing!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Broke shortly after purchase

Pump is made of cheap plastic, broke after about 4 months of use. Looks nice and good concept but expensive to keep replacing the pump after few months of use.

Kitchen Dispenser

I remodeled my Kitchen last August 2023. I really loved the looks of the sink and Faucet, dispenser set. By November the Dispenser was broken, it didn't work properly, I have been fiddling with it trying to make it work, nothing. I visited Lowes, Home Depot and they no longer sell this style. By reading the comments from Amazon and this website about this product, I feel hesitant to get a replacement. I never had an issue with any of the dispensers I had own in previous houses. I feel, the dispenser it is an important feature in the kitchen. I use it all the time to do my dishes. Before I commit to replace it, is there any issues with this type of dispensers?

Removed out water dispenser and out this in the same spot. The install was much easier that we expected. Since the bottle screws right in under the sink I haven’t added more than half of the bottle with soap. But still happy with the result. Maybe I’ll get more confidence and fill it, the instructions note it can be done. Using our same soap brand as before and haven’t noticed any issues.

I have not had a soap dispenser at my sink. I’ve always bought soap. My husband put the dispenser in and it has been wonderful. I love having the under mount dispenser. It is so very useful to have it right at the sink. To clean your hands while cooking our as you come in front outside. The look is great

I tried installing by myself but being I’m not so handy I had to call a plumber to install it properly. It did not seem hard for him at all and I’m sure a more handy person would be able to install it himself. It looks very nice and matches the surrounding hardware. I love that it doesn’t give too little or too much soap, it’s just the right amount! Would definitely recommend.

We were pretty excited to put this little guy into our kitchen and get rid of the soap dispenser, it looks SO much better. The nice feature here is being able to refill it above the counter. Aside from that, it's also neat that you can pump with one hand using the solo tilt feature. We like a minimal look and this came through, love it.

I am truly impressed with the style, quality and strength of this soap pump. This pump is made very durable and I love the stainless steel color which matches my kitchen so well. This was super easy to install with the provided directions which were very easy to follow. Not only is it super easy to install it is just as easy to refill, which you are able to do from above the counter. I also love how easy it is to use; literally with the push of your thumb on the front of the pump it provides the perfect amount of soap each and every time. Before this soap pump I used to go through a lot because the bottles I used dumped way too much. I would definitely recommend this soap pump to anyone who is looking for a durable and easy to use pump as you will not be disappointed by this one.

I was a bit concerned when we first installed this soap pump because I thought it was popping forward. Only to realize this is the “tilt” function amd now I love it! You can push straight down or just press toward the front for and angled pump

Matches my house faucets perfectly! Was easy to install and use however it doesn’t release as much soap as I like. Some parts were flimsy so hoping it lasts for a while. Otherwise it does its job.

The Solo Tilt Kitchen Soap Dispenser was used as a replacement for my existing dispenser. The install was quick and easy. The soap dispenser is easy to fill. After filling the dispenser just drop in the pump and is ready to use. It matches my existing faucets perfectly.
