Your ad says " bathtub " faucet. This is 100% NOT a bathtub faucet, it is a sink faucet. Bait n switch advertising is NOT good advertising for Home Depot. Suggest you correct your marketing representative/associate to reflect what you are ACTUALLY selling here.

Be Aware

Very nice faucet, however, the online page for the faucet states that there is an optional base plate. The photos show the base in place. No where in the description does it tell you that you have to call the manufacturers’ warranty center and order it. All other manufacturer’s that I have recently purchased provide the optional base plate in the box, and you have the option to use it, or not. With this faucet, the installation instructions tell you to call an 800 number and order the plate. It took four different calls to finally get through to the call center. Each call I waited 30 minutes each before hanging up and trying again the next day. Once I got through to the help desk, I got the third degree from the agent about what unit I purchased, all of my contact information and how long ago I bought the unit Once I finally convinced the agent that I had just recently purchased it, he informed me that they would be sending the base plate out immediately, but it could take 10-12 days before I get it. It took 14 days to get the unit in the U.S. mail. All Lowe’s and the manufacturer had to do was clearly state in the sale literature that the optional base plate was NOT included. I lost three weeks in completing our bathroom renovation becouse I could not get a six inch wide piece of plastic to mount the faucet. Very frustrated!

only worked for 4 years

I installed this new. A few years later the handle became very difficult to move. I tried disassembling and applying plumbers lubricant, but to no avail. After only 4 years of use I have to replace it.

deck plate

can't find the deck plate anywhere 961-218J. frustrating! why cant it just be included in the box...and being in Canada is like being in no man's land.

C'mon, no deck and putty plate?!

Yes, I recently purchased four Pfister Weller bathroom faucets, model LG42-WR0K, to replace the old Moens in our home. For three of the faucets, they installed beautifully in the new granite countertops, however for the fourth faucet I am unable to install because the existing pedestal sink has 3 holes, not one. Now I have to buy a deck and putty plate for $30, a quarter of the price of the new faucet and it will be 3-7 weeks before it ships from the warehouse. I really like Pfister faucets, I have seven new ones in my home now, but wouldn't it be easier for Pfister to ship me a deck and putty plate ASAP so I could install the last Pfister faucet?

I like the faucet but when I opened the package...

I like the faucet but when I opened the package 2 bolts that suppose to be with the faucet were missing. Therefore I couldn’t install the faucet as of today. I called Pfister, and they may supply the missing items in 2-3 weeks. I am unhappy abt the purchase
