Deck plate not included

The product and customer photos show the deck plate and say it is included, the instructions that came with it said it is included. It is NOT included and I am having difficulty finding one to match. Not great for a $300 faucet.

Operation Guesswork

Can't find position to put lever in to get cold or even lukewarm water. No operating instructions in the box or online. Also doesn't have as much pressure as my old one. Disgruntled, angry.

We’ve had this Am Stan for three days, and we find the single hot/cold faucet easy for the cook with messy hands to use. The design is sharp-looking and the higher “neck” provides room to wash stock pots more easily. Would like a stronger “regular” flow, though.

So frustrated!!! I ordered a touchless faucet. I received a standard faucet that DOES NOT HAVE A TOUCHLESS SENSOR. Not one thing on the box states that it is touchless. I am sending it back. It is exasperating because I just got my countertop and sink installed and did not have a faucet prepared for this as I was sent what I did not order. Now I will have no kitchen sink access for at least 1 day, maybe 2, as I wait for a touchless one to be delivered FROM ANOTHER SITE.

This faucet is advertised as touchless, it is not a touch less. This is a regular faucet. Way fair has been very kind to give us partial refund as we decided to keep the faucet to put it in our laundry room instead of the kitchen where it was intended to go.

Nice looking faucet, but be aware that the spray feature does not stay on after turning the faucet off, i.e, it defaults back to a single stream when faucet is turned off; so that when you turn it on again, it auto reverts to single stream and the spray feature will need to be engaged again. It's annoying that it cannot be set on spray and hold that setting even after the faucet is turned off.

This is a great pull down faucet. The tall gooseneck spout style looks great in our kitchen, and the pull down spray is easy to use. We love that it can be used as a normal stream or spray. The included deck plate make it easy to cover the holes in our sink from the previous faucet.

Wow! Make no mistake this is one top quality on both fit and finish. Outstanding chrome finish stands out in the kitchen. From the very beginning, this product does not disappoint. Excellent packaging, highly detailed installation instructions are included. Hoses are included and center hose is quick disconnect. Pull out feature is effortless and retracts where its suppose to. Pull out nozzle has 2 spray patterns. Everybody that sees it or uses it loves it. Used for a kitchen upgrade and I am very pleased.

The Renate single handle pull down faucet took 10 minutes to install! The deckplate will fit one or three hole sinks. The faucet stands 17 inches in height from the base. Out of the box you immediately feel the quality. It is sturdy and hefty. I like the smooth chrome finish. It does not seem to smudge easily. I like the design of this faucet. It is sleek, and has a beveled detail at it's base. The sprayer pulls down easily, and offers a quick button change from full open water flow, to a powerful spray. This is another wonderful prodect from American Standard. You won't be disappointed!

Beautiful streamlined faucet with pullout sprayer. Style is great for modern, traditional or transitional designs. Easy to install with only 3 simple on hand tools. No need to use cover plate but comes with faucet. Install was quick at 20 minutes with no leaks or drips. Looks great in lake house. Would definitely recommend.

Used this to replace an old kitchen faucet at my office. Works great and is exactly what we needed. Love the pull down sprayer and makes it much easier to wash dishes than our old faucet. Easy to clean to, wipes off nicely.
