A perfect shower head
It was exactly what I was looking for and looks really good. Easy to install and works well.
Shower too long can’t adjust
After spending $250 on this faucet, I would have thought they had done their research, the handle length is WAY to long to allow for any kind of adjustments My plumber used multiple valve extenders with no luck, ended up just purchasing a whole new shower head, very unsaitisfied☹️
LOVE this shower head. Packaged very nicely and secure, no damage in delivery. We will be installing in a couple months but super excited to share the sleek black design. Overall very durable-looking.
It is not stainless steel. Its plastic
It's not a steel. One would think if "steel" option cost more then chrome option of this product, there would be at least some steel parts. IT's plastic with stainless steel finish. However feels like good plastic. :)

Leaking shower head
Water comes out of the shower head even without the shower head engaged, can’t stop flow of water through shower head

The handle is very long and you can’t adjust it. It hits the wall so no way to make it change the angle of it!!
