Poor Experience - Help!

after 10 attempts, still can't connect the device.

Functions don’t work

Can’t get the hands free function to work. Tried multiple times following boxed instructions without success Unable to reach customer service for support, Very frustrated and disappointed.

Beautiful Smart Faucet!

I'm an interior designer and selected the Nio kitchen faucet for my personal home because of its sleek contemporary style. The black option also comes with a gold lever for a mixed metals look, which is a nice bonus. I love the touch-free capability too. I also purchased the matching bar faucet (not touch-free). I'd definitely recommend the Nio faucets for anyone considering them.

Amazing Moen faucet

I've had this faucet for over a year and the pressure is still like the day I installed it. Really love the "boost" button for even more power! Our water is moderately hard so cheap faucets with cheap cartridges and plastic internals significantly lose pressure after about a year. The matte black stays spot free and is an easy wipe clean. I love everything about this fixture.

Touchless Convenience

We love the new touchless capability! When both hands are messy from preparing items you can just wave in front and have warm water to clean them off. Have not used the Alexa voice control yet. Wish we could adjust the sensitivity so it would sense 2-3" out from the sensor instead of 1-2" out.
