Brushed gold version is beautiful and well made.

We bought the brushed gold one. It’s well made and sleek and modern. It’s sturdy at the base. I really like the hidden nature of the sprayer and the option for a wide spray or narrow single flow. We paired it with a brushed gold push button garbage disposal switch. Great product!

This faucet does everything acclaimed. No more of having the pull down get stuck and not retracting to its proper sitting. Swivel is smooth in either direction and the ability to change from solid stream to spray is conveniently placed for ease of changing while using. Also so wonderful is no accumulation of hard water build-up apparent. I LOVE this faucet. (Mine is black and makes a bold statement in the room)

It’s not the first and not the last. I LOVE this faucet. I have used it in a number projects.

Bought the gold color and it matches our gold kitchen perfectly. Water spots are also easily wiped off the next day. So far so good.

Set screw got loose... difficult to tighten as its access point is between the wall and faucet. After just 3 years the wand failed to be switching between stream and spray.

Broke down after 5 years

Such an expensive faucet and it just fell apart. Faucet arc just fell off. It seems that a metal gasket that was holding the arc to the base broke. Inferior metal used.

Came apart and I cannot get ANYONE to respond

Bought this expensive faucet. Arm came off base within 2 years. Cannot fix it. Obviously a manufacturer’s defect as this is shipped preassembled. Nothing in this potion of the faucet is accessible to the user. But it’s been days and I cannot reach anyone. I’ve called and I’ve submitted and email. Neither have been answered and its almost a week. Moen has non-existent customer support and service. Won’t ever buy this brand again.

Wasn't sure where the pull down feature was of this faucet until we received it. It's very nicely hidden from view until ready to use. Great quality and going to fit nicely in our modern little cottage.

Beautiful, but faulty

After only a year of use, the retractable hose no longer retracts.
