Beautiful but falling apart after 6 weeks

Out of the box everything about this faucet points to high quality. After only 6 weeks the white 'knubs' on the shower head are starting to fall out. It's only one so far but it's also only been 6 weeks. Finding a customer service phone # on the website has been very elusive and frustrating. I bought this Late March from Lowes but as most remodel projects go, I didn't install it right away. I have now surpassed the 90 day return policy from Lowes and have been left to hope that BWE will honor their commitment to quality and offer me a replacement.

Faster shipping. I love that our rainfall shower looks elegant.

Cheap Chinese garbage

When I pay over $200 for a shower valve, I expect it to work. I bough two of these. One had a cracked set screw inside that leaked. The other one, no matter how much Teflon tape I used, it would produce a very small leak. Make sure you pressure test these cheap Chinese pieces of garbage before sealing up your walls.

The quality is fantastic

The BWE 1-Handle 2-spray rain shower faucet is absolutely stunning! I had my husband install it, and the process was incredibly straightforward. Installing it in the shower was a breeze, and I was even able to attach the hose using a pre-existing piece, allowing me to clip it on easily at the top. The quality is fantastic, and I have no complaints whatsoever!

Valve broke-major water damage

This is a very pretty faucet. However, after about a month of having it installed into our newly renovated master bath. We found flooding in our basement. We heard lots of water flowing from behind the wall that the faucet is on. The plumber found that the valve on this faucet had broken causing major water damage. We have made a claim with Home Depot to take some responsibility for the water damage and the manufacturer was prompt about getting a replacement sent to us but we are not hesitant to even replace with the same brand.

Our family absolutely adores this rain shower

Our family absolutely adores this rain shower faucet. The wide and thin showerhead creates a delightful sensation akin to standing in a gentle rain shower. The addition of the handle spray is particularly handy for targeting specific areas during washing. The provided installation instructions make setting it up a breeze. Plus, the sleek matte black finish adds a modern touch that elevates the aesthetics of our bathroom beautifully.

I installed this 2 weeks ago, worked great until it started leaking. Haven't had any luck getting in touch about the warranty. I would love to resolve the problem but the warranty phone number just rang and went to a full email inbox.

[Rewarded Review] Thoughtful design with nice finish

This is a well thought out shower faucet, with great attention to detail. It has a nice finish and was well protected for the shipping process with thoughtful packaging design and even the inclusion of cotton gloves. It has a fitted casing around the main body with a built in leveling bulb, and all the threaded elements have a protective insert. It is best for new construction/remodel. The levers move smoothly and have good gaskets built into the back plate. The head and wand have nice rubber tips which will help prevent corrosion and make it easier to clean, and the wand has a nice freely moving hose. Has a high quality feel.

Finish chipped off after a week

Installed four months ago and the hose/wand holder have very little black finish left. Started a week after first use. Would not recommend.

Great price, fast shipping and the product is gorgeous (came with gloves for handling without fingerprints). Will definitely use this site again. Also, as a note this product was $100 cheaper than HD, for exactly same product.

Great build quality for the price. The brushed gold color is lighter than what we thought, but is still good as long as it matches other hardware in the room. Pleasantly surprised by the included bubble level!

Turned out beautiful

We have taken out an old bath tub and replaced it with a full shower . So having all the plumbing open and easily accessible made our install very simple . Although a change will not be that difficult . Once you are done it is going to be the best shower you have ever had . We love ours and I know you will to . Having both the rain shower head that is wonderful and the hand held is a perfect combination . You cant go wrong with this shower combo
