Handle No Longer Works

After less than two years of normal use, the handle has gotten completely loose and will not turn the shower on. Upon closer inspection it looks like the teeth that lock the handle to the valve have completely deteriorated. Reading through the reviews I see that this is a recurring issue. Will reach out to manufacturer (Luxier) and will update with their response.

Love this shower head - such a relaxing flow. Shower valve is easy to use - just a simple turn.

Like others had mentioned, the shower valve is bad....brand new house, and I have to cut a hole in the sheetrock to replace. Low water pressure and loud humming noise. This is a four bathroom house and no issues with all the Vigo faucets and showers. Just this Luxier failed.

I would not recommend this product for the price the shower handle broke in less than a year

Came already used, NOT brand new - theres hard water scale inside the valve body. Do not buy.

Got a return item by accident. But the company stood by the product and sent me out a new one. Didn’t give me any trouble and was an easy fix.
