Does not swing

I do not like that it does not move away from the wall to accommodate thick rolls of tissue paper.

A Unique Find

Bright polished brass bathroom fixture .It is unique, attractive and sturdy.

Great quality but does not pivot

Very nice quality, but unfortunately the TP hook does not pivot on the post (it is stationary) which limits the size of TP roll that it can accommodate.

Ridiculous Design

First, out of the box the screw hole to hold this unit is on the TOP of the tissue holder. Screw color is silver, I ordered a white tissue paper holder, the silver screw is so blatantly obvious.

The style is perfect and this is one of the only copper hardwares out there!

Heavy Brass Nice. Could have been engineered a bit better. Allen key visible on top and not positive locking. Cant be installed with hardware provided,it will pull out of wall.

The finish is beautiful and I would definitely recommend this. I used them in a model home and they came well packaged. I think the price is really good too.

Love this toilet paper holder! Easy to install and looks great with the matching towel holder. Only trick was knowing to use a little allen wrench to get the screw out of the piece from how it was shipped.

I'd have to echo Stephanie PW, the product is very nice however the mounting system needs a lot of work. I tried a lot of things (including countersinking the screws), but this thing just does not mount well. Mount is loose and flimsy, will be returning

Very pretty toilet paper holder, However sometimes annoying when you pull the paper it comes off the holder. It's pretty though and it's chrome so it doesn't bug me too much.

Similar to the towel ring, this is exactly as pictures. It is not poor quality or fabulous quality just average. i also got this in oil rubbed bronze and it does match other products by this brand. Be sure to pay attention to which way the rung is as i have often seen them facing the other way. Overall I am satisfied.

Overall quality of the item is VERY nice, but the issue is that the screw heads do not sit flush which prevents the set screw from properly holding it in place. I have attempted to counter sink the brass with no success.

Nice euro styling, but the bottom hook sticks out much further than the top.

same as the towel rings.....nice style but definitely not worth the price. Very light weight and didnt want to screw securely into the wall.

Toilet tissue bar

Toilet tissue bar looks great. We used it to hang a hand towel My only complaint is the screws that and hex wrench that came with it are not the right size.
