the first time i used the tub it leaked water into my basement, i lost over $5,000 dollars for instalation . even when i just had a shower it leaked water !!!!!!!!

f finally managed to have unit installed. However, I am unclear on how the heater is supposed to function. I Tested it night before last and the maximum temperature would not rise above 86 F.
Getting ready to take care of my aging parents and this bet all other units. Move in is in 7 days so very excited to finally see how it works!
It arrived damaged and when I called to return and get a refund I was told that it would be very difficult and I would have to submit online for a refund, which I did. That was a week ago and I haven't heard back. I'm getting nervous but I will call again. The tub is cheaply built and the damage wasn't from shipping it was already broken. Jane
Nice tub good job of delivering
Seems much larger then dimensions shown. But it was correct. My husband is still in the process of installing. He thinks he may have to hire a plumber but will be able to do all the electrical. As for me, it has everything I asked for and I can’t wait to try it out.

The tub is nice but the thing in the drain that opens the stopper broke after only a month. They sent a complete drain and it would require me to pay someone to remove the tub again. To much trouble!!!!
My contractor installed a few weeks ago. I am loving it and my friends want one also. I tell them to go to Wayfair. Wayfair has just what you need
Looks really nice in the home. We did a tile surround toco plume y the tub.
What can I say about this wonderful bathtub except…It’s awesome & my body Thanks me everytime I relax in it.
