I placed this order, delivery took longer than what was stated. Received today and total wrong item than what I ordered. Doesn’t fit.

I love this it works really well and I would not change for any other purifier In the world. I’m just having a issue with the new filter I have it’s not fitting properly the back door is opening slightly for some reason I don’t understand

Cleaner Air

Having this air purifier has helped my allergies and I noticed that I get better sleep.

Poor odor removal and level settings

I did a lot of research before purchasing this unit and was sure I made the best choice. I have been disappointed with this purifier since I purchased it and shared my concerns with the customer care over the phone when purchasing my replacement filters but did not get a clear answer.

Does the job.

I have been using Medify for over two years and have had good results. The difference in air quality, although subtle, is noticeable. Especially since smoke from guests cigarettes is dissipated quickly. The noise level is great between 1 and 2. Although level 1 seems to low to make any difference. Setting 3 is Tolerable and effective. Setting for is ridiculously loud.

Unhappy with MA-50

I would love to be able to rate this purchase, but unfortunately my MA-50 isn't working. I purchased the unit directly from you last year - July 18, 2023. After having and loving the MA-40, which I use in my bedroom, I purchased the MA-50 for downstairs to use mostly during the Spring (allergy season for me). After replacing the filter - the unit wouldn't turn back on. I tried several times, even had my husband try - no success - so the unit has been sitting for months unused in my living room.

Fan Speeds Issue

I have 2 MA-40s and expected the new MA-50 fan speeds to run the same. Unfortunately, the difference between fan speed 3 and 4 is huge. Fan speed 4 is very loud and rattles the entire air cleaner. You can barely talk over the noise it’s so loud, but when I turn it down to speed 3 it feels like the air is hardly moving.
