Got a lemon

I got a lemon. Waiting for Lowes to process a return. Very poor quality control from Moen. After professional installation, plastic diverter was cracked causing constant leak into cabinet ; sprayer leaked water out its spout ; faucet has drip into sink; and faucet has a water hammer that shakes my whole sink when turned on.

The only thing I don’t like is my sprayer drips after I use it

Wonderful form and function

My old faucet flooded the kitchen counter at the base so we installed this one. It took us a couple of hours to install it but it was worth the time. It looks nice and the handle’s ease of use, very tightly installed at the base (no flooding), make it the perfect one for our kitchen. The simple silver design matches our kitchen style elegantly. I highly recommend this faucet. Thank you.

We purchased this faucet 3 years ago. The arm of the faucet is completely corroded and snapped in half. This cause water to pool under my sink and end up on my floor.

Very Good Faucet set

Attractive, well made, and performs well. The only thing I would change is making the lever that turns the water on and off a curved one, like my previous set. It is a small thing, but the curvature makes it easier to turn the water on and off than the straight one does.
