Inside of Teapot Deteriorating

We were liking this teapot, but last night I realized that the finish on the inside of the teapot has been peeling off into our water. I’m very displeased, I wish I had noticed sooner

Pretty, but not functional

Beautiful to look at, but the handle gets too hot to pick the kettle up. You need to flip open the cover on the spot manually when you pour the water out. Very poorly designed. Will be returning.

This kettle is a nice design. It is the perfect size. Look forward to using it for a long time.

Get what you pay for

After less that two moths of use the folded stainless steel, used as a spring to keep the whistle cover raised over the spout, popped out of its enclosure. I could not refit it. Additionaly the metal used for the kettle is of a light gauge and discolors rather easily. I use a kettle multiple times in a day and expected this one to last longer even though the price was attractive.

Nice design

Nice appearance. The bottom is heavy. I like that it is taller than the last kettle I had. I think that is better for our new gas cooktop.

Sturdy

This is just what I was looking for. It is 100% stainless steel with no plastic parts to dry out and crack with heat and age. The only moving part on the tea kettle is the riveted flip-up whistling cap. Fewer things to break. It is a nice upright design so that you can get into the inside corners and seams of the kettle for cleaning. Not crimped so tight that you can't reach into the crevices. The handle is also attached with a nice sturdy Philips-head screw which if needed, can be replaced. Unlike may thin rivets which can deteriorate and oxidize over time. Very pleased with this product.

This tea kettle is absolutely beautiful! I most enjoy its whistling feature, which totally takes me back to childhood. Nonetheless in between tea, it’ll definitely stay on the stove for aesthetics!

Looks nice but handle gets too hot. Doesn’t have the vertical pumpkin lines in it like it looks like in the picture.
